The project was a big success! Everything went really well and we appreciated the coordination between Adam (sales), Yancy and Sheay (Project Managers), and Gabriel (Lead Installer). Gabriel was fantastic! Outstanding quality and attention to detail, we really liked his work. We now officially love our sunroom.

We hired Envy in early summer to remodel two baths, and the work on the first bath began August 21. Neither bathroom is large: one has a shower only and the other has a bathtub/shower. My husband finally finished the second bath himself this weekend as that work was not completed (sconce installed improperly, damage to paint) and we wanted it-finished. We did not expect that a small and a mid-sized bath would/should take the company over two months to complete. Envy subcontracts everything and the tradesmen (especially Roberto) have been great. One of the men who has done the actual work said that Reuben, the production manager, is a "paper" contractor, indicating his level of non-involvement. The production manager, Reuben has consistently failed to communicate clearly to us and to the workers, which has resulted in many, many delays. We have had to remind him of items that are needed (shower door that he was supposed to order is one example.), and there have been numerous times where he said that a worker would be here, and it was canceled last minute. He has rarely come on site to check anyone's work, or to see if materials were ready and intact (a dented shower rod, and sconces installed upside down were both "surprises" to him when mentioned. When the demolition of our second bath took place (including the breakup/removal of a cast iron tub), it knocked out three of the can lights in the kitchen ceiling (floor below) and created a crack in our living room ceiling as well. We are still waiting for the repair to be done to our living room ceiling: it needs to be sanded and painted but we have not heard from Reuben since last Wednesday.

I'm very happy with the finished product. John had great attention to detail and is a very hard worker. I'd hire him again.

I hired them to replace my bathroom sink, vanity and counter in my master bath and they also installed a second sink. They did very good quality work and from the time of my decision to proceed, it was only 8 days until the project was completed! I did the demolition and got the faucets and knobs (to save a little money) and they installed the new plumbing, cabinets and counter. This was a small job and I was lucky to fit in between other projects, but they have 9 crews and juggle schedules often. Our new bathroom is beautiful. Their workers are very neat and clean. The salesman, Jed, was honest, helpful and willing to work with me on the price. I had contacted other companies and they wouldn't even bid because my job was too small. I think if you need a bathroom, kitchen or sun room remodel/addition, in the NW Chicago suburbs, these guys are the ones to hire.
