This Master Bathroom was dated, dark, and in dire need of an overhaul. Our clients were inspired by a vacation home and wanted black and white basket-weave tile and tiled wainscoting. We used traditional plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and finishes that would complement the tile. We modernized the shower with dual shower heads, DTV, and teak seat. Detailed tile plans were executed to ensure the tile was impeccably installed throughout. This bath was further enhanced with added lighting and radiant heat flooring. Interior Designer Rebecca Robeson designed this downtown loft to reflect the homeowners LOVE FOR THE LOFT! With an energetic look on life, this homeowner wanted a high-quality home with casual sensibility. Comfort and easy maintenance were high on the list... Rebecca and team went to work transforming this 2,000-sq.ft. condo in a record 6 months. Contractor Ryan Coats (Earthwood Custom Remodeling, Inc.) lead a team of highly qualified sub-contractors throughout the project and over the finish line. 8" wide hardwood planks of white oak replaced low quality wood floors, 6'8" French doors were upgraded to 8' solid wood and frosted glass doors, used brick veneer and barn wood walls were added as well as new lighting throughout. The outdated Kitchen was gutted along with Bathrooms and new 8" baseboards were installed. All new tile walls and backsplashes as well as intricate tile flooring patterns were brought in while every countertop was updated and replaced. All new plumbing and appliances were included as well as hardware and fixtures. Closet systems were designed by Robeson Design and executed to perfection. State of the art sound system, entertainment package and smart home technology was integrated by Ryan Coats and his team. Exquisite Kitchen Design, (Denver Colorado) headed up the custom cabinetry throughout the home including the Kitchen, Lounge feature wall, Bathroom vanities and the Living Room entertainment piece boasting a 9' slab of Fumed White Oak with a live edge. Paul Anderson of EKD worked closely with the team at Robeson Design on Rebecca's vision to insure every detail was built to perfection. The project was completed on time and the homeowners are thrilled... And it didn't hurt that the ball field was the awesome view out the Living Room window. Our client asked us to remodel the Master Bathroom of her 1970's lake home which was quite an honor since it was an important and personal space that she had been dreaming about for years. As a busy doctor and mother of two, she needed a sanctuary to relax and unwind. She and her husband had previously remodeled their entire house except for the Master Bath which was dark, tight and tired. She wanted a better layout to create a bright, clean, modern space with Calacatta gold marble, navy blue glass tile and cabinets and a sprinkle of gold hardware. The results were stunning... a fresh, clean, modern, bright and beautiful Master Bathroom that our client was thrilled to enjoy for years to come.

With windows and doors on 3 sides, the kitchen is flooded with amazing light and beautiful breezes. The finishes were selected from a driftwood palate as a nod to the beach one block away, The limestone floor (beyond practical) dares all to find the sand traveling in on kids' feet. LOFT | Luxury Loft Transformation | FOUR POINT DESIGN BUILD INC This ultra feminine luxury loft was designed for an up-and-coming fashion/travel writer. With 30' soaring ceiling heights, five levels, winding paths of travel and tight stairways, no storage at all, very little usable wall space, a tight timeline, and a very modest budget, we had our work cut out for us. Request Free Quote This amazing home features a backyard patio and pool area with a spectacular custom pool with many features including island which feature sitting areas and fire pit a spa as well as incredible slide which goes into the swimming pool. The pool measures roughly 2300 square feet, and has a deep end of 10'0". The spa is raised and has 12 therapy heads. There is LED colored lighting throughout the project. There is a 300 square foot zero depth beach entry into the pool with agitator jets to keep the water moving. There is also a sunshelf within the pool. The lazy river wraps around the sunken island, and the current in the lazy river is propelled by a commercial waterpark quality pumping system. The sunken island has lighting, a fire pit, and a bridge connecting it to the decking area. There is an infinity edge on one edge of the pool. The pool also has an in-floor cleaning system to keep it clean and sanitary. The swimming pool also has the ability to change colors at night utilizing the amazing LED lighting system. The pool and spa exposed aggregate finish is French Gray color. The slide that cascades down the grotto is custom built. The waterfall grotto also provide a thrilling jump off point into the deepest part of the pool. This amazing backyard was designed and built for a home in Bull Valley Illinois.
