Working with Ferrarini & Co. has been pleasure. Matt is the creative genius and his mom Donna has an amazing eye for color, lighting, materials and overall concept. During our initial phone call, I told Donna and Matt that I wanted something very different, and the end result is an absolutely unque kitchen design that has the ”wow” factor upon first look. Matt and Donna take your ideas and desires and incorporate them into the finished concept by way of an extensive questionnaire that you are ask to complete before your initial meeting. I’ve been waiting for many years to have my dream kitchen…..and dreams do come true. We own a house that had a small and very awkward kitchen.. We needed new eyes and a lot of design talent to create the kitchen of our dreams. My husband and I wanted to maintain the integrity of our 76 yr old traditional home while updating and adding a more transitional kitchen. We got exactly what we needed and more with Ferrarini & Co. Kitchen and Interiors. Our kitchen designer, Rachel, is simply amazing! She created the most amazingly functional, and beautiful transitional kitchen which combines the style preferences of myself and my husband. Rachel added details and quality to personalize and optimize how I use my kitchen. Our small kitchen looks twice the size and food preparation is a delight! Donna supported us in refining our decision making, resolving questions, and being present throughout the process. Just as important to myself and my husband are all of the Ferrarini staff and contractors whom we worked with: Matthew, Donna, Rachel, Becky, Jon, Chris, and Bill. We could not have interacted with nicer and more professional people. These are individuals we would warmly welcome into our homes again and again. To have spent this time with individuals who were so truly nice, caring, and talented put the most delectable chocolate ganache on the cake!

Our small, 1950’s row house kitchen was in need of a serious remodel. While we had been cooking great meals in it for years, it was really a pretty dysfunctional space, with a serious lack of counter and storage space. It needed a total do-over. In looking for a design firm to work with, I wanted one that could take us through the entire project, from design through final installation. My search for a design firm started with Ferrarini (as I was aware of them, since their show room in Elkins Park is on a route I travel regularly) and it turned out that the search ended with them. After reading all the reviews and looking at the beautiful designs on their website, I knew I had found what I wanted. I was concerned at first that our project wouldn’t be grand enough for Ferrarini to take on, but after my initial consultation with Matt and Donna, I was assured that that was not the case…that they could give us what I wanted, within the (top end of the) budget I had to work with. Jenine was great in coordinating the next steps… gathering our wants/needs via their detailed questionnaire, connecting with my Houzz idea book and scheduling the in-home consultation with the designer, Andrew. Throughout the project, she also fielded questions and coordinated communication. Andrew took all the information I provided in the questionnaire, along with my idea book, as well as our conversations and came up with a design that pretty much hit the nail on the head right from the get-go. With a few minor changes, the final design gave me all of my must-haves, a lot of my want-to-haves and did so, more or less, within my original stated budget. The design really makes the most of our available space. Our 17’ x 7’ kitchen now feels so much bigger, works so much better, is so much brighter and is beautiful. Our contractor was Fabian Cabrera, one of Ferrarini’s preferred contractors. I can’t praise him enough! He executed Andrew’s design beautifully and skillfully. He and his associate Elliott were friendly, professional, patient with my repeated questions and went above and beyond the scope of our project on a couple of things. Despite the disruption that construction inevitably brings, it was a pleasure to have them in our house. It was an unexpected, and welcome, bonus that Fabian brought in his mother to clean the kitchen and the adjacent dining room as the project was wrapping up. We waited an awful long time to do this project, but now that it’s done, I am so glad that we waited until we could afford to do it right. Now that our 30-year-old kitchen has been beautifully renovated, we have nothing but praise for the excellent quality of the work and high professional standards of Ferrarini & Co. They very respectfully listened to our needs and wishes and designed solutions for our 1875-era home. Matt and Rachel created very detailed ideas right from the beginning. They drew up precisely drafted plans for every space from walls to floors, cabinets, lighting, plumbing, paint colors, etc. Their design process was unique among the many contractors and designers who came to our house. We met them in their showroom, then they came and took measurements, drafted a set of plans in a binder for us to review and discuss. At our next meeting we talked over changes and agreed on them. Rachel took charge of our design, coordinated with the contractor, ordered the countertops, cabinetry, flooring, and radiators, and she gracefully managed the process from start to finish. They work with a particular contractor, Fabian Cabrera, who was equally fabulous to work with. Fabian and his crew worked with great professionalism, friendliness, patience, neatness, and ingenuity. He is a fine craftsman. Even details that were not part of the original plan, such as a distinctive small shelf for a speaker that integrated it into the overall design, were executed very thoughtfully. He meticulously got all details completed to our great satisfaction.

Matthew is such a great designer. I truly appreciate the space he has designed for me based off of my lifestyle and my desired functionality of the space. With his philosophy on design and his attention to detail based upon my style preferences, Matt created exactly what I wanted. I can’t wait to work with Matt & the Ferrarini team again for my kitchen/living room remodel.

Having dealt with many vendors in the construction and remodeling industry it is truly uncommon to find a company that stands behind the work they produce and does so with the highest amount honesty, integrity and attention to detail. Donna and team at Ferrarini Kitchens were nothing short of Consummate Professionals. All phases of the process, from the initial point of contact through their website, design consultation, and material selection was a stress-free and enjoyable experience! Dealing with Donna, she exudes passion and creativity for design and leaves no detail unaddressed. Their services were needed for a property I was flipping and I honestly believe that without Ferrarini this project would not have been as successful as it turned out to be. The property lasted only 72 hours on the market before it was put under contract and the biggest feedback received from all potential buyers was how much they loved the Kitchen and Bathrooms. I would highly recommend Ferrarini Kitchens to anyone in need of interior renovations and I will work with Ferrarini on future projects.

My family and I bought a 100 year old house last December and began the remodeling process soon after. Completely redoing our kitchen was the biggest project by far and I was completely overwhelmed...until we found Ferrarini Kitchen and Bath. As soon as we had our initial consultation, I knew we were good hands. Everyone on the team completely understood our vision, and their aesthetic and attention to detail was impeccable. Throughout the design process, they were extremely thorough and ensured that every single request we had for our kitchen was incorporated - and being a chef/caterer, I had many! During the construction portion, they completely surpassed our expectations in terms of customer service - they indulged my countless questions and emails regarding their design point of view on all kitchen furnishings. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. Every person in the company (Matt, Donna & Jenine) is warm, professional with an amazing eye for detail and design. Every phone call, in person meeting and email left me feeling like I was their top priority. I highly recommend them!
