Located in the Potrero Hill neighborhood, this building was built in the 1920's. We gutted and remodeled three units and furnished this one for the owners. All furnishings and design by Tower Design Inc.

This bathroom needed additional storage and the narrow nook area offered a great vertical option. We created and installed this cabinet that had storage shelves and a drop down cabinet door that revealed other bathroom accessories.

The beautifully crafted custom vanity and recessed medicine cabinets use symmetry to infuse a sense of tradition into the layout. Balance, spacing and repetition were carefully considered at the sconce placement, medicine cabinets and sink layout. Every inch was accounted for and perfectly balanced. The seemingly small details that take design to the next level.

Through a series of remodels, the home owners have been able to create a home they truly love. Both baths have traditional white and black tile work with two-toned walls bringing in warmth and character. Boring Beige to Rich and Relaxing This project was so much fun! We had shower glass delays due to COVID but the final result looks amazing! I love creating space without adding space. We added storage with lighted medicine cabinets and pre-fabricated vanity. We added space by opening up the shower and moving the plumbing to the outer walls and adding clear glass between almost doubling the footprint of the shower. We added new faucets, a tub faucet with hand shower and a shower with two-in-one shower head. We added a skirted base toilet for ease of cleaning. It’s also the little things like a shower drain with a concealed hair trap. No more snaking the shower drain! We added a pivot toilet tissue holder. No more excuses for not replacing the roll We switched the bath entry door to swing into the master bedroom creating additional space in the bathroom. We added electrical option into the lighted medicine cabinets getting things like toothbrushes and razors off the countertop. Master bathrooms are your retreat. They should be beautiful as well as functional. Every detail is important! This master bathroom was in need of some refreshing! The townhome was built in 1995 in Apple Valley, MN and had not been updated since. The homeowners were not interested in a full remodel, but something that would brighten up the space, give them more storage, and help them to sell in a few years. We achieved this by installing a new vanity with a tower cabinet on top for added storage. The lower cabinet has extra drawers below the sink cabinets for toilet paper, extra toiletries, and towels. We decided on using 2 tones for the cabinet to keep the room light, but still give some contrast to the rest of the space. The tower cabinet has a lift up door with an outlet for the items used everyday like toothbrushes, a hair dryer, and flat iron. The next thing we updated was the tub - the existing tub was not functioning properly, we decided to replace it with a smaller tub and new fixtures. We were lucky enough that the homeowner had a few extra tiles so that we could add in a few pieces to make up the space of the smaller footprint. In the shower, we took out the heavy framed glass door and replaced with a taller frameless swinging showerdoor. We also replaced all the fixtures with brushed nickel and added some additional storage on the walls for shampoos and soaps. Finally, we added a fresh coat of paint to completely brighten up the space and transform it into a new bathroom! We kept the existing tile, the shower glass block, and all the trim in the bathroom. Its amazing what a bit of updating can really do to transform a space!
