Resource Furniture worked with Turkel Design to furnish Axiom Desert House, a custom-designed, luxury prefab home nestled in sunny Palm Springs. Resource Furniture provided the Square Line Sofa with pull-out end tables; the Raia walnut dining table and Orca dining chairs; the Flex Outdoor modular sofa on the lanai; as well as the Tango Sectional, Swing, and Kali Duo wall beds. These transforming, multi-purpose and small-footprint furniture pieces allow the 1,200-square-foot home to feel and function like one twice the size, without compromising comfort or high-end style. Axiom Desert House made its debut in February 2019 as a Modernism Week Featured Home and gained national attention for its groundbreaking innovations in high-end prefab construction and flexible, sustainable design.

John Valenti Photography This transitional kitchen with custom caviar colored base cabinets and a creamy white upper cabinets was transformed. Using Caesarstone counters in Frosty Carina, a mosaic back splash of stone, glass tile, and metal, and then accented with DuVerre Pomegranite hardware in three different shapes ~ pull, knob and button.... For the final WOW... I added Jaye Design Flutterbye cabinetry knobs floating across the upper glass cabinetry.

LOFT | Luxury Loft Transformation | FOUR POINT DESIGN BUILD INC This ultra feminine luxury loft was designed for an up-and-coming fashion/travel writer. With 30' soaring ceiling heights, five levels, winding paths of travel and tight stairways, no storage at all, very little usable wall space, a tight timeline, and a very modest budget, we had our work cut out for us. This San Rafael front landscape has been dramatically updated with a welcoming concrete pathway entrance, and complimented by a variety of architectural plants, hardy succulents, textural grasses and a majestic, fruitless olive tree. The dramatic transformation is enhanced by a raised corten steel planter at the pathway entrance with gravel , Mexican pebbles, concrete pavers, and succulents. Two horizontal ipe wood structures provide contemporary accents. New raised concrete planters alongside the new concrete driveway define the property and showcase more colorful succulents. A beautiful gray house paint color and ipe accents complete the remodel. Plants include Lomandra 'Breeze', Bulbine frutescens 'Hallmark', Thamnochortus insignis, Phormium 'Black Adder' along with others. This kitchen was transformed by extending the countertop for better dining and tiling the front of the bar area with glass tile. The deep eggplant color of the walls brings out the warm golden tones of the cabinetry. The stunning mirrored armoire adds storage space and sparkle.

The owner's hope was to make their basement not only functional but beautiful as well. The mission was accomplished. Our goal was to make the room feel less like a basement, and more like a home. First, the entire basement was 'gutted' including the removal of the suspended ceiling. When the new ceiling and walls were drywalled, the transformation began to take shape. Next the existing concrete floor was cut to allow for the installation of plumbing for the new bathroom. The Wine Refrigerators enhanced the Wine Tasting Area. Cabinets, island, plumbing fixtures were installed, along with the decorative 'barn doors' which open to a closet. This remodeled basement was transformed, by our skilled craftsmen, into a kitchen, a television center, a bar with two wine chillers, enhanced by the warm lighting. The owners were very pleased.
