This beautiful kitchen in Leamington Plantation has been transformed into a modern showpiece featuring Cambria Quartz material in Pendle Hill. The warm cream and beige colors in the quartz are the perfect contrast against the warm white and blue cabinetry.

This kitchen remodel is a stunning example of how cabinet refacing can completely redefine a space. Our clients wanted a fresh, modern look with a bit of warmth and personality, and this two-tone design delivered exactly that.
The upper cabinets feature reeded doors in rich American Walnut, adding texture and depth that draw the eye upward. To balance the look, the lower cabinets were refaced in a crisp Pacific finish with classic Shaker doors, bringing a cool, modern contrast to the warmth above.
The combination of tones and textures creates a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere — proof that a refacing project can look every bit as custom and high-end as a full renovation. The result? Simply amazing.

The cobblers kids have no shoes rang true as this builder worked on his own home for many years. Originally a 1980’s split level, this project slowly transformed from a once outdated and run down building into a beautiful contemporary home. Mixing natural wood and stone created a classic, yet contemporary feel throughout the interior and exterior.
A full gut down to the studs allowed the structure to be up fitted with new mechanicals, electrical, insulation, windows and doors. We moved the kitchen to the south side, removed the attic and built full length dormers and a stair tower allowing epic views of cables hump. The interior is built out with custom builtins, cabinets and furniture. The exterior was laid out in a way that makes entertaining a dream. Landscaping and hardscaping tied this whole project together. It feels good to finish building out your own home from a dream all the way through to reality.

MASTER BEDROOM SUITE WAS TRANSFORMED TO A BRIGHT AND COZY SPACE. THE BATHROOM WAS ALSO GUTTED AND REDONE TO ADD A CUSTOM VANITY AND NEW TILE THROUGHOUT.

Interior design, space planning and architectural details converge thoughtfully in this transformative project. A 15-year old, 9,000 sf. home with generic interior finishes and odd layout needed bold, modern, fun and highly functional transformation for a large bustling family. To redefine the soul of this home, texture and light were given primary consideration. Elegant contemporary finishes, a warm color palette and dramatic lighting defined modern style throughout. A cascading chandelier by Stone Lighting in the entry makes a strong entry statement. Walls were removed to allow the kitchen/great/dining room to become a vibrant social center. A minimalist design approach is the perfect backdrop for the diverse art collection. Yet, the home is still highly functional for the entire family. We added windows, fireplaces, water features, and extended the home out to an expansive patio and yard.
The cavernous beige basement became an entertaining mecca, with a glowing modern wine-room, full bar, media room, arcade, billiards room and professional gym.
Bathrooms were all designed with personality and craftsmanship, featuring unique tiles, floating wood vanities and striking lighting.
This project was a 50/50 collaboration between Rodwin Architecture and Kimball Modern

With a limited budget, we were able to transform and update this front garden with a new modern pathway, a small patio, and a variety of low-water and low-maintenance plants. I included a selection of plants that provide a variety of heights, colors and textures, such as Goodwin Creek Lavender, New Zealand Wind Grass, Bulbine frutescens 'Hallmark', Euphorbia characias and the ground cover Sedum rupestre 'Angelina' with chartreuse foliage. © Eileen Kelly, Dig Your Garden Landscape Design

Challenge: Create a fireplace focal point that is also functional.
Transformation: Inspired by the bungalow’s Prairie-style architecture, we designed a stunning Craftsman fireplace with clean lines and custom glass-paneled cabinetry. The custom mantel was created with a chunky-style beam style ledge and Prairie-style mullion doors.

A custom fold-down bed reveals a pale pink lacquered interior with storage above, integrated LED lighting for reading and display, and a custom blue mohair upholstered headboard. The surrounding cabinetry is bleached ash.
