Treasure in the Detail
The original space lacked character, dated furniture, was cluttered in certain areas, and had no cohesive style. We wanted to create a space that had multi-functional purpose for the business owner who works in this space every day. We selected a masculine color pallette that was still cohesive with the rest of the style we introduced in other parts of the home. We added updated furniture that were robust enough for everyday use while still modern and fresh. The sideboard buffet is great because it has a lot of extra storage to keep the clutter away while also storing the entrepreneur's printer and other electronics. The updated light fixture was added to give the room a fresh modern feel and act as a cool focal point when coming upstairs. The pouf ottomans were incorporated to create a place for sitting and lounging while catching up on sports.
