Treasure in the Detail

We hired Treasure in the Detail to help us furnish and customize our new home. We were moving to a much larger home and as busy parents of small children we felt overwhelmed with designing our dream home. We are thrilled with the results and are so impressed with the whole team. The communication was top notch, we felt in the loop at all times, the contractors they found to work on our home were wonderful, and most importantly they made our house feel like a home. No detail was missed! From start to finish we felt like our home was their top priority and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

We worked with Kirsten to redecorate our home and she was fantastic! We have a relatively large 2 story house in good condition but it needed a makeover. Kirsten was awesome. She truly has eye for design and detail. She even went with us to pick out furniture and got us her discount. The final reveal when she finished up the rooms was probably the best part. To see it all come together is well worth the wait. We just had a get together and everyone was blown away by the finished product. We will be referring her most definitely.

My husband and I hired Kirsten to redecorate, reorganize and turn our great room and kitchen into an inviting, relaxing, uncluttered and comfortable space. She is extremely professional, very well organized (a la her Six Sigma training) and reliable, and has a great knack for getting to know our style preferences and being able to advise based on that. Treasure in the Detail could not be a more appropriate name for Kirsten's interior design business. I just recently hired Kirsten to help redesign and provide a much needed face lift to a large living room area. Kirsten is organized, dependable, honest, and most importantly, highly creative and talented in her craft. "Ok, I can tell you how great the work is, it is. Great customer service, it is. But this is why I will continue to go back to Kirsten: We had our living room done almost two years ago. Haven't changed a thing, still love it. Just had our bedroom complete, it flippin' looks like a magazine shoot. I feel guilty not making the bed. We were stuck with two different design voices in our heads, and compromising ended up with blended things that didn't quite work, or we hit a stalemate, and just nothing got done. Kirsten does a great job of working with you to get a sense of "you". Gets everyone on the same page. Tells you "no", when you need to hear it. And says yes to certain things you didn't quite know she picked up on. She has secretly blended in horses (my fave, wife no likey) in each of our rooms. You will spend money on the service, but will save money in the long term. You won't have to "redesign", or "repaint" in the coming years. You get to live in a magazine shoot. And all your friends will think you are stylish. Couldn't give a stronger recommendation.

The best thing about Kirsten is that she knows how to connect with people. So when we had our first meeting and I explained what I needed help with, I believed she really understood my style.
