This is an absolutely stunning home located in Scottsdale, Arizona at the base of Camelback Mountain that we at Stucco Renovations Of Arizona were fortunate enough to install the stucco system on. This home has a One-Coat stucco system with a Dryvit Smooth integral-color synthetic stucco finish. This is one of our all-time favorite projects we have worked on due to the tremendous detail that went in to the house and relentlessly perfect design. Window treatments for arch windows can be challenging, yet striking. Beautiful window treatments as these are can deeply enhance the arches. Using a modern geometric patterned fabric, these top pleated draperies fully enhance these windows. These decorative metal rods, rings and ball finials form the finishing touch to the entire window treatment, further accentuating the arches of each window. Including the function of full closure, these beautiful draperies have tremendous insulation properties.

A partial renovation of the bathroom brought tremendous results. We pulled the vanity out in the bath and replaced it with one of our signature custom space saving vanities with recessed toilet paper holder and storage cabinet over the toilet. We also added a Robern medicine cabinet with much more storage, much needed electrical outlets, and enclosed the tub / shower in glass. Design Tip: By leaving the existing stone tiles and fixtures in place, we were able to conserve budget and apply it to the high-end finishes in the amazing open kitchen and living room transformation.

This Contemporary Powder Room was designed to be a "wow" with it's unusual wall hung toilet, the floating vanity, the vessel sink and in wall faucets installed in the mirror. Entering the home through a floor-to-ceiling full light pivoting front door provides a sense of grandeur that continues through the home with immediate sightlines through the 16-foot wide sliding door at the opposite wall. The distinct black window frames provide a sleek modern aesthetic while providing European performance standards. The Glo A5h Series with double-pane glazing outperforms most North American triple pane windows due to high performance spacers, low iron glass, a larger continuous thermal break, and multiple air seals. By going double-pane the homeowners have been able to realize tremendous efficiency and cost effective durability while maintaining the clean architectural lines of the home design. The selection of our hidden sash option further cements the modern design by providing a seamless aesthetic on the exterior between fixed and operable windows.

This gorgeous home was featured in Northern Virginia Magazine. Even though it was horribly dated when we started, we saw tremendous potential! We started with Craftsman-like molding, and envisioned warm white walls and rich dark wood floors. Lots of texture through wallcoverings, window treatments and rich wool rugs transformed this grand home into a stunning project.

Inspiration for a large modern master drop-in bathtub remodel in New York with a vessel sink and flat-panel cabinets

Sight & Sound This clean modern south Oakville Ontario remodel proves you don’t need to move to a condo to completely update your surroundings. These Oakville empty nesters with an active social life aren't interested in “fuddy-duddy” decor. On the contrary, they are interested in the latest design trends, as well as the most current audio/visual components. The original stone fireplace was updated with a custom designed mantle and a new gas insert. The updated warm grey colour palette balances the natural stone making it an inviting focal point. The interior design included reconfiguring the room layout. Originally a smaller TV was located in-between the window and the fireplace and the sofa was where the current cabinet is now. Our new layout opens up the room taking full advantage of it’s size. The sumptuous sectional allows for relaxed tete a tete evenings as well as seating for larger groups. The additional leather occasional chair completes the conversation circle too. We naturally selected fabrics that are family friendly to ensure the grandchildren and adults can all be at ease. The flexibility of the 3 piece coffee table is both practical and adds an element of modern artistry. Grounding the room is a carpet graphic grey animal skin custom sized into an area rug.
