This 1600+ square foot basement was a diamond in the rough. We were tasked with keeping farmhouse elements in the design plan while implementing industrial elements. The client requested the space include a gym, ample seating and viewing area for movies, a full bar , banquette seating as well as area for their gaming tables - shuffleboard, pool table and ping pong. By shifting two support columns we were able to bury one in the powder room wall and implement two in the custom design of the bar. Custom finishes are provided throughout the space to complete this entertainers dream.

This Craftsman home stands out with the blue exterior. The white accents make the blue pop. Also, note the wood door. It is a Barrington Mahogany Flagstaff Slab door. Wood is a big element in craftsman homes and normally a mix of brick and wood is seen. If you want to elevate your front door, the Barrington is a great wood statement piece.

We repurposed old attic boards to panel the master bathroom walls which provide striking contrast to the Mediterranean patterns of the concrete floor tile.

This 1950’s mid century ranch had good bones, but was not all that it could be - especially for a family of four. The entrance, bathrooms and mudroom lacked storage space and felt dark and dingy. The main bathroom was transformed back to its original charm with modern updates by moving the tub underneath the window, adding in a double vanity and a built-in laundry hamper and shelves. Casework used satin nickel hardware, handmade tile, and a custom oak vanity with finger pulls instead of hardware to create a neutral, clean bathroom that is still inviting and relaxing. The entry reflects this natural warmth with a custom built-in bench and subtle marbled wallpaper. The combined laundry, mudroom and boy's bath feature an extremely durable watery blue cement tile and more custom oak built-in pieces. Overall, this renovation created a more functional space with a neutral but warm palette and minimalistic details. Totally re-done kitchen. We removed the soffits and brought the cabinetry to the ceiling. New shaker cabinetry: Painted uppers and stained base cabinets and crown molding. New quartz countertops: Q Quartz Carrara Marmi New porcelain flooring in a gray color cement look. New pendant lights and undercabinet lighting. New glass subway tile backsplash. Beautiful transformation!
