How do you introduce a fireplace into a New York City apartment? Here we used a Hearth Cabinet surrounded by a new custom stone surround and custom bookcases. The design incorporates a large flat screen TV above the fireplace for an ideal viewing experience.

Completed in 2012, this property features an entirely renovated garden and pool area that includes a custom designed guilt iron pavilion. This pavilion features exquisite detailing in the columns and the roof. The pavilion features gas lanterns and subtle landscape lighting to make it come alive in the evenings. The pavilion sits above a completely renovated swimming pool with all new travertine decking and coping. New LED lighting has been added to the pool along with illuminated bubbler jets in the tanning ledge. The gardens along side the pool area are lined with a boxwood parterre and lush landscaping. An upper courtyard terrace features an outdoor cooking area and fireplace with seating area. A wonderful renovation project.

This real working cattle ranch has a real stone masonry fireplace, with custom handmade wrought iron doors. The TV is covered by a painting, which rolls up inside the frame when the games are on. All the A.V equipment is in the hand scraped custom stained and glazed walnut cabinetry. Rustic Pine walls are glazed for an aged look, and the chandelier is handmade, custom wrought iron. All the comfortable furniture is new custom designed to look old. Mantel is a log milled from the ranch. This rustic working walnut ranch in the mountains features natural wood beams, real stone fireplaces with wrought iron screen doors, antiques made into furniture pieces, and a tree trunk bed. All wrought iron lighting, hand scraped wood cabinets, exposed trusses and wood ceilings give this ranch house a warm, comfortable feel. The powder room shows a wrap around mosaic wainscot of local wildflowers in marble mosaics, the master bath has natural reed and heron tile, reflecting the outdoors right out the windows of this beautiful craftman type home. The kitchen is designed around a custom hand hammered copper hood, and the family room's large TV is hidden behind a roll up painting. Since this is a working farm, their is a fruit room, a small kitchen especially for cleaning the fruit, with an extra thick piece of eucalyptus for the counter top. The master bath is peaceful with the neutral finishes and built in fireplace and coffee bar. The grand marble tub and counter tops brightens the dark room to create visual points.

This contemporary beauty features a 3D porcelain tile wall with the TV and propane fireplace built in. The glass shelves are clear, starfire glass so they appear blue instead of green.

The electric fireplace in the media room is a great memory point for this intriguing space. The inviting sectional provides a comfortable and cozy seating arrangement for friends and family to watch movies. The dark walls create contrast against the over stuffed and comfortable yellow sofa which allows it to be focus with in the room.
