Removing the large deck, whirlpool tub, and a small shower provided space for a newly positioned Kohler Reve soaking tub with the lumbar support. The large walk in shower boasts many pampering features: brushed bronze Brizo shower head, body sprays, hand held shower and a bench. The rust and gold tones of the Michelangelo wall tiles blend perfectly with the mosaic border and the deep tones of the river rock shower floor. The rich tones of the Cherry Sienna vanities, compliment the Tropical Typhoon Granite, the Reve vessel sink and the curved Brizo vessel faucets providing a sophisticated spa retreat.

We opened up this kitchen into the dining area which added more natural light. The family wanted to make sure the kitchen was handicap accessible for their son. We made sure that the aisle were wide enough for the wheelchair. The open shelf island was made specifically for the customer's son. This is his place that he can store his belonging with easy access. The customer fell in love with the Typhoon Bordeaux granite and we helped him select cabinets that would compliment the granite. These homeowners needed help finding the vision for their kitchen. At first they wanted to do a refresh of their existing kitchen with the same layout...they had an extremely large powder room and laundry room but what they really wanted was a space to entertain. We asked them to think outside the box...and see if they would be interested in moving some walls to provide a kitchen that provided more functionality, additional storage, and an island (which they couldn't fit in the existing layout). This project didn't come without some major structural work and relocating plumbing pipes that fed the upstairs...but it was all worth it in the end. The homeowners have a gorgeous entertaining space for family and friends. The warm tones of the wood complement the beautiful acacia floors. The Typhoon bordeaux countertops have some beautiful colors that run through it that are complemented in the border of the backsplash. A wine beverage area was added for entertaining guests.

This kitchen design combines the warmth and charm of a traditional style with the latest features and top materials. The dark wood Crystal Cabinets kitchen cabinets are beautifully contrasted by a Typhoon Bordeaux granite countertop and Virginia Tile Crossville Mixology backsplash in natural linen, all highlighted by Task Lighting undercabinet lights. The 30" Chef's stainless steel kitchen sink from MR Direct sits underneath the bright kitchen window, and is equipped with a Mountain Plumbing garbage disposal with air switch and Brizo Artesso faucet.

This is a particularly good picture of the movement and color in the Typhoon Bordeaux granite countertops, named for the wine-red veining.

Keeping within the same blueprint, the kitchen was completely remodeled to allow for a better flow of the kitchen, clean lines and more lighting. The kitchen includes Kraftmaid Grandview Full Overlay Cabinets in a Canvas Finish with Typhoon Bordeaux Granite Top. The cabinet knobs and pulls are from Liberty Mila in Satin Nickel. The sink faucet is a Delta Essa Single Handle Pull Down kitchen faucet in Artic Stainless and an Elkay Crosstown stainless steel undermount rectangular sink. The stainless steel appliances are GE Profile. Recessed ceiling lights, under the cabinet and inside cabinet lighting (Kichler) and Hinkley LED Pendant Lights over the island gives lots of lighting. All the Hardwood is Red Oak

This luxury master suite design consists of: Bertch Bath Plymouth style cabinetry in alder wood with Mocha stain, Typhoon Bordeaux granite, Jeremiah Lighting 26723-MB chandelier and 26702-MB two light wall sconces, Daltile Fashion Accents Crossroads Beige FA89 border, Daltile Marble 2x2 Emperador Light Classic Tumbled M712 shower floor tile, Daltile Emperador Light Classic Tumbled M712 Chair Rail, Daltile Alta Vista AV51 Sunset Gold porcelain 12x12 wall tile and 18x18 floor tile offset, and a custom design framed mirror.

This kitchen features Brighton Cabinetry with Lakeland doors and Cherry Wilshire finish. The countertops are Typhoon Bordeaux granite. The backsplash tile is Roca Maiolica ceramic 4×10″ tiles in the color Biscuit. The floor tile is Florida Tile Cliffside in 12×12″, 18×18″, and 12×24″ sizes.
