Ryann Reed Design BuildWe opened up this kitchen into the dining area which added more natural light. The family wanted to make sure the kitchen was handicap accessible for their son. We made sure that the aisle were wide enough for the wheelchair. The open shelf island was made specifically for the customer's son. This is his place that he can store his belonging with easy access. The customer fell in love with the Typhoon Bordeaux granite and we helped him select cabinets that would compliment the granite. Michael J. Nadeau Carpentry LLCThis client's cabinets were in great condition, so we opted to simply refinish them. We also made a custom island to match. All other items are brand new. Featuring "Golden Typhoon" granite counter tops, Tarpunta /Ray Light back splash and mosaic tiles, large format floor tiles, and new hardware/lights/appliances. The original plaster "tiles" and walls have also been painted with Sherwin Williams "Compatible Cream" and "Dover White" paint colors.

Green House DesignsThe main cooking zone of the kitchen is based on the two walls, forming a L shape. The island holds a second sink and set of cabinets for the division of meat and dairy. The built in microwave convection oven above the wall oven doubles as either microwave or oven depending on the setting. Choosing to keep the perimeter light with the canvas but adding in a cinnamon stain for the island brings warmth and ties the Typhoon Bordeaux granite together with both sides of the kitchen.

No details were spared in this custom kitchen. The granite is Leathered Typhoon Bordeaux fabricated by Tim Sadley and team at Counterparts Inc. All of the appliances were covered with matching cabinet panels and hardware. The baths all have the same cabinet material and granite. All to create a wonderful flow to this beautiful home.
