Granite State Cabinetry

We had Granite State Cabinetry do a complete kitchen remodeling. We tore down a wall, changed the flooring, changed cabinets, added an island: complete new floor design. Clever design, excellent quality material, genuinely friendly and helpful staff, organized, on time, on schedule or ahead of schedule , good communication.. The result is a beautiful WOW kitchen! We spent more than we originally expected to spend but it was worth it.

We recently renovated our kitchen and could not be happier with Granite State Cabinetry! They helped us think through all the options as we shifted location of appliances, cabinets, closed a window and expanded cabinet space. Sue, Jackie, Pete and Mary Ellen were extremely responsive to all of our questions during the entire project. Sue and Jackie provided their fabulous expertise as we picked out cabinets, fixtures, paint and granite - much appreciated and we felt very informed about all of our selections and options. All of the contractors that worked on our kitchen were courteous, on time and excellent at their craft. We loved that we did not have to worry about finding or scheduling contractors for each piece of our project—GSC took care of everything! Next project- master bathroom!

The Team at Granite State is fantastic – from Kathleen and Sue to Scott and his crew! Kathleen and Sue were both friendly and knowledgeable as they patiently guided and supported us through the design process. They even recommended a local Contractor to help with the rest of our reno’. Scott and his crew were both talented and professional conducting the cabinet installation. From beginning to end, GSC provided timely, quality service. Our family could not be more happy with our new kitchen!

GSC was very easy to work with, and we lucked out they were able squeeze us in to the winter window. Sue and Jackie were great to work with and Pete the PM was regularly onsite. Communication and design work was fairly smooth and consistent when we got started - we had drawn our kitchen, and was relatively easy for them to put into their design program. Glad they were flexible and open to working with our designs as they were out of the norm. The contractors GSC used were great, very punctual, tidy and responsive. Certainly took the sting out of having to live out of the sunroom during demo and construction. As others have noted, GSC's timeline is a firm commitment - which is awesome. Terrific people who take a lot of pride in their work. We're thrilled with the kitchen, and very happy to have more space and a better work flow.

It was a pleasure to work with Granite State Cabinetry on the remodel of our kitchen. They were very customer service oriented & professional which goes a long way. Any question or concern we had was always followed up in a timely and professional manner. The design expertise was very beneficial so the whole project did not seem overwhelming to us. The vendor management and quality was also outstanding. The project timeline went off without a hitch which is quite impressive on a project this size. We were so happy with the quality outcome! High marks on customer service, design, vendor management, quality and just great people to work with!

From the beginning to the end, we found this company responsive to our requests. Our past experience with subcontractors has made us really leary but to a person the subcontractors were knowledgeable, on time, clean and completed their work faster than projected. We particularly liked getting a schedule of work months in advance so that we knew who was coming, when they were coming and the projected start and finish of the project. The team of Sue, Kathleen and Mary Ellen kept everything on schedule, within budget and to our taste. You may pay more for GSK but it is worth it.

We could not be happier with our experience with GSC. The entire kitchen remodel went smoothly. GSC was top-notch with their guidance on product selection, layout and design choices, help with other vendors (lighting etc), accurate timeline for job completion, and even changes we made along the way....the entire process could not have gone better. We remodeled our entire first floor this past winter, and contracted GSC for the entire job, which was completed in just a month and a half. We worked with Sue Cannon from the start, and Pete was our project manager. Sue was so great and helping us find what we liked, while also staying within budget. Pete was very responsive to our needs, which was much appreciated. The team hires great subcontractors -- our tile intstaller, Kurt, was out of this world. They offer a quality product and stand by their job. I would recommend them - and we'll likely hire them again when we begin to renovate our upstairs bathrooms!

Sue Cannon is a personable, knowlegable, efficient professional. I don't endorse many people, but this woman answered our questions and provided thoughtful, accurate advice even AFTER SHE KNEW WE WERE NOT BUYING FROM HER. Who does that? We had a variety of questions and she was engaged and not rushed with us on a busy Saturdays. When we are buying cabinets, we will look to Sue.

My husband and I are thrilled with our newly renovated kitchen. GSC did a fantastic job in all aspects- planning, design and installation. All members of the team were professional, courteous and always on time. The quality of the work was excellent. We were especially impressed with Kathleen and Sue, who went the extra mile- always available to meet, answer questions and provide guidance. Sue continued to work with us, even after the installation, to help with wallpaper selection, furniture recommendations and even advice on what kitchen items to store in what shelves and drawers! We are happy to give them the highest recommendation and would certainly suggest their services to anyone doing a kitchen remodel.

Last spring my husband and I began a search for a company to remodel our kitchen. We attended the NH Home Show to gather information and ideas and then we met with three different kitchen remodeling companies. We were completely "blown away" by Granite State Cabinetry for several reasons. First of all, the "team" we met with were friendly and professional and listened to our ideas and needs. Secondly, they asked us to establish "our budget" (which the other companies did not do) and they said that they would work with us to stay with a final cost that was comfortable for us. Thirdly, they made everything so "easy" by guiding us along with a schedule and time frame when things would happen. We went "shopping" with Sue for granite and lights! She was able to guide us in the direction of what would be affordable within our budget and also with her eye for design she helped us choose things that would enhance the appearance of the new kitchen. Each of the sub-contractors who came on sight were friendly, timely, tidy and extremely good at what they provided. The project ran smoothly and was completed within six weeks! I highly recommend Granite State Cabinetry for any project you may have in mind.
