These homeowners needed help finding the vision for their kitchen. At first they wanted to do a refresh of their existing kitchen with the same layout...they had an extremely large powder room and laundry room but what they really wanted was a space to entertain. We asked them to think outside the box...and see if they would be interested in moving some walls to provide a kitchen that provided more functionality, additional storage, and an island (which they couldn't fit in the existing layout). This project didn't come without some major structural work and relocating plumbing pipes that fed the upstairs...but it was all worth it in the end. The homeowners have a gorgeous entertaining space for family and friends. The warm tones of the wood complement the beautiful acacia floors. The Typhoon bordeaux countertops have some beautiful colors that run through it that are complemented in the border of the backsplash. A wine beverage area was added for entertaining guests.

Removing the large deck, whirlpool tub, and a small shower provided space for a newly positioned Kohler Reve soaking tub with the lumbar support. The large walk in shower boasts many pampering features: brushed bronze Brizo shower head, body sprays, hand held shower and a bench. The rust and gold tones of the Michelangelo wall tiles blend perfectly with the mosaic border and the deep tones of the river rock shower floor. The rich tones of the Cherry Sienna vanities, compliment the Tropical Typhoon Granite, the Reve vessel sink and the curved Brizo vessel faucets providing a sophisticated spa retreat.

This client's cabinets were in great condition, so we opted to simply refinish them. We also made a custom island to match. All other items are brand new. Featuring "Golden Typhoon" granite counter tops, Tarpunta /Ray Light back splash and mosaic tiles, large format floor tiles, and new hardware/lights/appliances. The original plaster "tiles" and walls have also been painted with Sherwin Williams "Compatible Cream" and "Dover White" paint colors.

We opened up this kitchen into the dining area which added more natural light. The family wanted to make sure the kitchen was handicap accessible for their son. We made sure that the aisle were wide enough for the wheelchair. The open shelf island was made specifically for the customer's son. This is his place that he can store his belonging with easy access. The customer fell in love with the Typhoon Bordeaux granite and we helped him select cabinets that would compliment the granite. This incredibly beautiful kitchen renovation project was designed by Mr. & Mrs. Ashman along with The Gwinnett's who own Kitchen Craft in Brooklet GA. No details were spared in this custom kitchen. The granite is Leathered Typhoon Bordeaux fabricated by Tim Sadley and team at Counterparts Inc. All of the appliances were covered with matching cabinet panels and hardware. The baths all have the same cabinet material and granite. All to create a wonderful flow to this beautiful home.
