Wrap around porches and copious windows make outdoor/indoor living seamless while the interior finishings are extremely high on detail. In floor heating under porcelain tile in the entire lower level, Fond du Lac stone mimicking an original foundation wall and rough hewn wood finishes contrast with the sleek finishes of carrera marble in the master and top of the line appliances and soapstone counters of the kitchen. Huge re-model including taking ceiling from a flat ceiling to a complete transformation. Bamboo custom cabinetry was given a grey stain, mixed with walnut strip on the bar and the island given a different stain. Huge amounts of storage from deep pan corner drawers, roll out trash, coffee station, built in refrigerator, wine and alcohol storage, appliance garage, pantry and appliance storage, the amounts go on and on. Floating shelves with a back that just grabs the eye takes this kitchen to another level. The clients are thrilled with this huge difference from their original space.

This 5687 sf home was a major renovation including significant modifications to exterior and interior structural components, walls and foundations. Included were the addition of several multi slide exterior doors, windows, new patio cover structure with master deck, climate controlled wine room, master bath steam shower, 4 new gas fireplace appliances and the center piece- a cantilever structural steel staircase with custom wood handrail and treads. A complete demo down to drywall of all areas was performed excluding only the secondary baths, game room and laundry room where only the existing cabinets were kept and refinished. Some of the interior structural and partition walls were removed. All flooring, counter tops, shower walls, shower pans and tubs were removed and replaced. New cabinets in kitchen and main bar by Mid Continent. All other cabinetry was custom fabricated and some existing cabinets refinished. Counter tops consist of Quartz, granite and marble. Flooring is porcelain tile and marble throughout. Wall surfaces are porcelain tile, natural stacked stone and custom wood throughout. All drywall surfaces are floated to smooth wall finish. Many electrical upgrades including LED recessed can lighting, LED strip lighting under cabinets and ceiling tray lighting throughout. The front and rear yard was completely re landscaped including 2 gas fire features in the rear and a built in BBQ. The pool tile and plaster was refinished including all new concrete decking.

This beautiful kitchen, installed by Marchese & Co., Inc., was inspired by the amber crystals of the chandelier. Included in this kitchen are Showplace cabinets in Covington door style, Soft Cream paint w/ walnut glaze, with a Showplace island in Color Select Sherwin Williams Down Home and ebony glaze. The Cambria Laneshaw quartz countertops maintain the amber sparkle with its 1 piece, 600lb island section, and one-of-a-kind recessed groove-light LEDs in the peninsula wall cap. These lights are flush mounted IN the actual quartz, to give functional lighting to a main workspace, and add a unique ambiance. All custom Sunbound under cabinet, in cabinet, and under counter lighting, as well as the chandelier are dimable. The Delta Cassidy faucet in rubbed bronze includes Delta Touch2O technology, and goes very well with the Blanco Performa Silgranite 1 and 1/3 bowl sink in cafe brown. Backsplash is Bliss Fusion Sand, linear strip mosaic with alpine white Bostik grout. This beautiful kitchen reflects the spirit and class of the homeowner. Before the remodel there was no place to put the trash and recycling — the cans were a real nuisance in the middle of the floor, blocked a very shallow angled cabinet where the trash is now, and also blocked the door. Because moving the door was not an option, I designed a much deeper angled counter here, deep enough to allow for for 2 large trash and recycling cans to fit under it, and with sufficient height to open the cans without their lids bumping the counter. Raising the counter here also keeps the doorknob from hitting it, allowing the door to open a few more degrees than it would otherwise.

This master bath is a perfect example of a well balanced space, with his and hers counter spaces just to start. His tall 6'8" stature required a 40 inch counter height creating this multi-level counter space that wraps in along the wall, continuing to the vanity desk. The smooth transition between each level is intended to emulate that of a traditional flow form piece. This gives each of them ample functional space and storage. The warm tones within wood accents and the cooler tones found in the tile work are tied together nicely with the greige stone countertop. In contrast to the barn door and other wood features, matte black hardware is used as a sharp accent. This space successfully blends into a rustic elegance theme.

A beautiful transitional design was created by removing the range and microwave and adding a cooktop, under counter oven and hood. The microwave was relocated and an under counter microwave was incorporated into the design. These appliances were moved to balance the design and create a perfect symmetry. Additionally the small appliances, coffee maker, blender and toaster were incorporated into the pantries to keep them hidden and the tops clean. The walls were removed to create a great room concept that not only makes the kitchen a larger area but also transmits an inviting design appeal. The master bath room had walls removed to accommodate a large double vanity. Toilet and shower was relocated to recreate a better design flow. Products used were Miralis matte shaker white cabinetry. An exotic jumbo marble was used on the island and quartz tops throughout to keep the clean look. The Final results of a gorgeous kitchen and bath
