The deck is built using low-maintenance Fiberon decking in Rosewood with a vinyl Mount Hope rail in Cape Cod T-Rail. We installed Kichler low-voltage deck lighting for safety and for adding ambiance to the space as well. The deck features a custom-fabricated white vinyl pergola with innovative fixed louvers and interlocking slats which deliver optimum shade. Underneath the deck is just as noteworthy as the upper portion, as all the posts and beams are wrapped in rough-hewn cedar and finished with interlocking concrete pavers at their base. The introduction of cedar into this space adds an elegantly rustic contrast to the seamless design. Under the deck, is a finished, ultra-functional and versatile outdoor living space. This space was achieved by installing a DrySnap under-deck rain carrying system which allows the area under the deck be utilized to the same benefit evident in a covered porch or patio setting. We are so confident that this dry deck space will stay dry, we installed a TV mount for the clients’ TV beneath the deck. While you’re looking at the TV, take a look at the “crown molding” above it. That’s not crown molding! What appears to be “trim” is actually a gutter, part of the under-deck drainage system we installed to keep the new patio dry.

Surrounded by 30 year old trees, the homeowners were looking for an organic, modern, low maintenance finish to their outdoor environment. Utilizing the pre-existing mature apple tree in the backyard VisionScapes developed a tranquil retreat that extended the sq.ft of the home through a series of terraced concrete and wood decks. Deck - mid-sized transitional backyard deck idea in Other with a roof extension

This is a huge project with multilevel hardwood decks complete with stainless steel cable railing, hot tub, outdoor heaters, lights and our patented under deck ceiling system. Our system creates a dry usable space under the upper-level deck that allows you to put in heaters, patio furniture and supplies cover for your hot tub sessions.

This Lawrenceville, GA project included a deck resurface and underdeck ceiling system install. For the deck resurface, we used Deckorators Summit Series Decking in the color Boulder to resurface the main level deck and lower level landing. The railing was replaced with new Trex Select Aluminum Railing in black with square balusters. We also installed Trex Signature LED Post Cap Lights and re-wrapped all of the support posts using PVC. The aluminum flat panel under-deck ceiling system was custom made and installed. This installation included electrical as well.
