Front view of the Gardner Carpenter House - another Historic Restoration Project in Norwichtown, CT. Built in 1793, the original house (there have been some additions put on in back) needed a new roof - we specified and installed western red cedar. After removing the existing roof, we laid down an Ice & Water Shield underlayment. We flashed all chimney protrusions with 24 gauge red copper flashing and installed a red copper cleansing strip just below the ridge cap on both sides of the roof. We topped this job off with a cedar shingle ridge cap.

This basement located in Groton, MA was a fun one to build. We installed ship lap half way up around all of the walls, constructed a bar, boxed in beams, electrical and plumbing. Underneath the laminate flooring is 3/4" subfloor interlocking underlayment to keep all moisture out of the basement.

Breezeway - Constructed a new breezeway including all underlayment, joist bays adn toungue and groove sub flooring. Constructed a partition wall designed to fire code for both sides, between the breezeway and garage. Installed all trim moldings, doors, outlets, recessed lighting and ceiling fan.

Beautiful new backyard landscaping complete with oversized fire pit area using Belgard pavers to create sitting walls. Used Desert Sunrise Grey colored 1 1/2 inch cobble rock with fabric underlayment.

Designed with a mix of New England and inspired by our coastal surroundings we wanted to create a relaxing and sumptuous atmosphere, with added luxury of wooden floors, bespoke wainscoting and textured wallpapers. Mixing the dark blue with warm grey hues, we lightened the rooms and used simple voile fabric for a gentle underlay, complimented with a soft almond curtain.

This Reston Virginia Condo remodel required us to bring every room up to date. We provided the new wood plank laminate flooring with a cork underlayment for maximum comfort and sound absorption. The client requested that we turn the second bedroom into an office space. We lined the wall with semi-custom cabinetry, a new ceiling fan and a built out custom closet to store books and office supplies. The adjacent bathroom shower walls and floors are lined with polished marble floor tile and new chrome plumbing fixtures. The new grey vanity and quartz counters compliment the new grey zigzag accent marble tile. The master bedroom received a full overhaul as well including a custom velvet headboard lined with espresso wood, new nightstands and dresser, 2 new pendant lamps in front of the new espresso wall mirrors. We were sure to incorporate new LED lighting throughout the condo including smart home enabled Wi-Fi controlled lighting.
