The pool features an in-floor cleaning system to keep the entire vessel sanitary. Colored LED lights make night swimming spectacular. There are 3 underwater benches in the pool. One sun deck measures 6'0" x 11'0" and the other measures 9'0" x 15'0". Both sun decks feature LED color changing lit bubbler water features. The hot tub has a 6'0" sheer descent water feature spilling into the pool. Both pool and hot tub are finished with Wet-Edge Prism Matrix exposed aggregate finish in Indigo Blue color. Welcome home to the Gulf! When you walk inside, the first thing you see is the ground floor open air game room. Then, as you walk inside, you notice the floor to ceiling glass sliding doors which offer an incredible view of the beach and the glittering water beyond. With so much natural light, the home always feels like summer. Chi-Mar construction used reclaimed wood beams in order to bring the natural elements inside, for an interior that complements the view. The kitchen was also designed with this natural element in mind. Mother of pearl kitchen backsplash and feature wall allow the home to have an underwater feel, as the backsplash sparkles throughout the room. The kitchen also features top of the line appliances and a custom copper hood over range. The wood walls throughout and quartz countertops showcase the incredible craftsmanship that Chi-Mar Construction takes with each home. For convenience, as well as adding sleeping spaces, we used custom designed bunk nooks so that there were plenty of beds for guests. The reclaimed wood barn doors offer a unique style of privacy, and continue to aid in the natural style seen throughout the home. The master bedroom offers another escape in the home. An open spa master bath with marble throughout is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. The bedroom, with stunning Gulf views, features painted wood arched accent beams in master bedroom, which mirror the arched details in living areas. This stunning home is the perfect beach getaway!

This classic Sacramento, CA estate needed a side yard upgrade- and an extensive swimming pool and deck remodel. We custom-designed everything to suit homeowners esthetic, down to the cobalt glass tiles in the steps. This project included new hardscaping, full patio, pool reshaping, plaster, underwater lights, glass tile and of course, a large area for "swans" to relax. The home, built circa 1940's, is over 5000 square feet and at one point in time, the largest house in Sacramento. It was only natural that the original pool was enormous: We were able to recreate the classic grandeur of the original design- while updating and upgrading the entire poolscape and equipment. A tricky part of this remodel, was the sheer size- the pool had to be rebuilt almost entirely, and the shape was modified. This Pond Project included removal of an existing small preformed pond located next to the back porch and deck area. We then installed a new properly filtered ecosystem pond with the waterfalls falling towards the large windows and patio area. The project also included installation of underwater LED lighting in the pond and stream for night time enjoyment as well as a bacteria dosing system which will aide in keeping the pond clear during the season. This Pond project was installed in Lancaster, PA.

This 18 x 45 rectilinear pool has a Diamond Brite finish with marble tile coping. It's surrounded by warm, rustic cedar decking that matches the home's multilevel deck. Not pictured: an automatic swimming pool cover that makes maintenance a snap.

I planted Marvel of Four Season lettuce seeds, which are heat tolerant, directly next to the soaker hose so they stay constantly moist. Seeds must never be allowed to dry out. I will divide these seedlings in the next few weeks

Geremia Pools & Landscaping designed this modern poolscape with a water feature as the centerpiece of the layout. It includes a custom built a tiled wall with large water bowls to highlight the surrounding hillside. This outdoor experience includes a separate tile patio, with concrete slab decking around the pool and spa, and a large fire pit. Underwater colored lights create a dramatic nighttime ambiance.
