This beautiful Herndon remodel features a new gourmet kitchen with all new cabinets with lots of storage options, a massive quartz-topped center island with room for seating and even more storage, all new high end appliances, all new beautiful flooring throughout not only the kitchen but also the entire main floor, new lighting fixtures, beautiful countertop to ceiling white subway tiling, and much more. Floor tile was original from 1999. I found a beautiful handcrafted-look tile to take the emphasis off the old tile and update the shower and tub. All hardware was changed out from shiny brass to brushed nickel. frameless glass doors were installed as part of the update. Paint is Farrow & Ball Elephant's Breath at 50%

This whole condominium was renovated. The new fireplace tile surround is 6x6 Sanibel Beachcomber Crackle tile and the hearth is 18x36 Basaltine, white matte tile. New flooring was Installed in the great room with new Triversa Luxury Vinyl plank 9”x48” Oakrest in Gold wash. In the kitchen, Medallion Lancaster/Potter’s Mill Flat Panel cabinetry and the existing solid surface countertop was reinstalled. A Brio ceiling light was installed over the sink, a Moen Camerist faucet in Spot Resist Stainless and on the floor is 18x18 Panetola tile in Talsano Travertine. In the main bathroom, Medallion Winston vanity in Divinity Classic paint with Cambria Praa Sands quartz countertop and on the floor is 12x12 Milestone East Beige porcelain tile. A new Berkshire mirror was installed. Moen Eva collection in brushed nickel finish was installed in both bathrooms. In the guest bathroom, new Cambria Wentwood quartz was installed on the existing vanity and Regis beige porcelain tile installed on the floor.

New floors and quartzites countertops as well as lighting and mirrors, brought this master bathroom up to date.

Amy envisioned a more modern, refined master bathroom without a full gut renovation. Her goal was to update key features like the shower and vanity area while keeping certain elements that were still in great condition. The remodel focused on refreshing the existing layout while enhancing style and usability. The cabinetry, flooring, toilet, and faucets were preserved, allowing the budget to focus on the areas that would make the biggest impact. An outdated prefabricated shower was replaced with a custom 40" x 59" shower featuring vertical Paloma Denim Long Hex tile. Pearl White Penny Round tile from Bedrosians was used on the floor and niche for added texture and contrast. A new 36” wide x 16” high niche was built for ample storage and a corner bench was added for functionality and comfort. Both were topped with quartz matching the countertop for a cohesive look. The shower was finished with Delta Brilliance Stainless fixtures and enclosed in frameless glass for a spa-like feel. New Calacatta Bellatrix quartz countertops were added over her existing cabinets, along with two Kohler sinks and brushed nickel West Elm mirrors. Vanity lights from Lamps Plus and updated recessed lighting brighten the space, while Sherwin-Williams Ice Cube paint adds a fresh, clean finish. Amy’s remodeled bathroom now feels like a thoughtfully designed retreat. It’s a blend of her original space and modern upgrades that prioritize both beauty and long-term functionality.

This bathroom is part of a repurposed tobacco barn that has been updated to ask as a home. Aluminum, wide plank flooring, stone and creativity all come together to make this an interesting home.

This remodeling project turned a dated 1980’s bath into a spacious, bright and warm room, and a showcase for real estate marketing. The interior design features updated grey tones with a white Jacuzzi tub and white flat panel cabinets. One nice touch: A place for a decorative towel tray.
