The customer opted for a booth on the side of the room instead of a table filling the available dining space, as it blocked the patio door. They needed something large enough to accommodate 8 comfortably, as they like to entertain. With 2 chairs this is no problem, and an additional table can seat up to 16 in this space.

The original back door was where the small square window is. We moved it around to the side and it now opens into a mudroom that we made from closet space from the family room. The new banquet has a pullout feeding station for the dog and is upholstered in outdoor fabric (which is more childproof). The gold bird wallpaper was original.
