This project included a Patio Cover Addition, Outdoor Kitchen, Gas-Burning Fireplace, and Stamped Concrete walking surface with a custom pattern. The attention is immediately drawn to the Ledgestone fire place with a rustic cedar mantel. The Ledgestone flows continuously throughout the space, found on the base of the patio columns and outdoor kitchen. The kitchen sparkles with Stainless Steel appliances, containing storage compartments, refrigerator, and grill. Topped with Venetian Gold Granite, this cooking space provides ample counter space that is easily maintained. The overall appeal of this Outdoor Living area remains beautifully traditional, with cedar-trimmed columns and beams. Also, though it has custom features, this addition is built to look original to the home with matching paint, shingles, gutters, and framing materials. The elaborate, pre-stained Tongue and Groove ceiling is quite an attractive feature to this patio cover, and the recessed lighting illuminates the evening. The fans provide adequate air-flow and the sound system keeps the patio atmosphere in tune.

This Master Bathroom was created with light, ambiance and functionality in mind. The basketweave marble tile flooring is a classic tile bordered in a white thassos rectangular tile. The Thassos Beveled Brick is used for the tall wainscoting and shower walls with two rows of a thin grey tile accent. The dark wood tone of the cabinet and face of the tub create a rich offset to the carrara marble countertop and tub top. The vaulted ceiling helps to create the light open feeling. The Horchow Mirrored Vanity is the focal point of the bathroom as it it perfectly centered underneath the window, boxed ridge beam, three crystal pendants and double door opening into the bathroom. The sink cabinet was designed to look like a furniture piece with the custom feet at the toekick, pop out of the middle area and crystal hardware.

When going with a mostly white kitchen design, one of the great benefits is that it is an easily lit space. This is great for large spaces, as well as spaces with low ceiling heights, limiting the usage of drop down ceiling lighting. In combination with the dark wood flooring and recessed lighting, the lights truly allow for the glossy countertops to pop.

Our client a gourmet cook desired a new kitchen in their home that they have lived in for over 30 years. She knew that she wanted minimalist cabinetry, neutral color palettes, and wood accents, her contemporary kitchens has a subtle elegance that will never go out of style. We blended aspects of modern design with other details for a look that's current and sleek, but not sterile. A pop of color show with her accessories we acquired for their home—whether it’s on the furniture, in a bowl of fresh fruit, or in a vase of flowers. These details just add to this clean and modern chef’s kitchen. Hidden treasures are tiered cutlery systems and a pull up mixer so no one has to lift that heavy kitchen aid mix. The overall style ensures that this contemporary kitchen designs still feel warm and welcoming, as do big windows that let in the sun, an architectural light fixture.

The primary goal of the project was to improve the usage of the kitchen and family room space. The kitchen was remodeled with sleek, modern cabinetry, two-toned cabinet colors, improved LED lighting and a more efficient island, which included a 48" Galley sink. It was important to the owners, who share a passion for cooking and entertaining, to design a practical, efficient, and streamlined kitchen. The large glass subway tiles add interest and reflective light; the quartz countertops are low-maintenance and contribute to a clean, bright ambiance.
