The slim, narrow-plank of this floor, coupled with the linear look inherent to our traditional PureForm™ designs creates a zen look authentic to bamboo’s Asian roots. This classic bamboo look works well on walls as well as on the floor, and can be used to create a seamless transition between horizontal and vertical planes.

The design of the home is inspired by the very best examples of local Spanish Colonial design as seen in the famed Palmcroft and Encanto neighborhoods in Phoenix through its carefully composed massing, fenestration, and detailing. The entry arch, door awnings, plaster grille, wrought iron details and corner chimney mass are all highly evocative of the period, and along with the use of authentic three-coat stucco over metal lath, reinforces the strong sense of authenticity which emanates from the home. “Breezy Point” is a wonderful example of American craftsmanship. The cottage, with its quaint symmetry and use of authentic materials, is reminiscent of a simpler time. Offering ample outdoor living space, the home is designed to sit comfortably on the water. The main level is suited to family living, featuring sitting areas, open kitchen and dining rooms, and a luxurious master suite. The upper level boasts five guests bedrooms, with two more on the lower level plus space for entertaining.

This was the most frequently used phrase in the collaboration of 3 energies that resulted with this masterpiece "Cozy Elegance". The builder, the client, and the architect shared a common vision inspired by the spectacular lake front homesite. Elegant, refined, authentic; every space was carefully thought out to capture and exude the understated significance of blending nature with the home, while expressing the heritage of the owners’ life’s journey. It is a place that will inspire new memories for generations to come.

The Primary bathroom was created using universal design. a custom console sink not only creates that authentic Victorian Vibe but it allows for access in a wheel chair. Free standing soaking tub, console sink, wall paper and antique furniture set the tone.

Architect: Michelle Penn, AIA This barn home is modeled after an existing Nebraska barn in Lancaster County. Heating is by passive solar design, supplemented by a geothermal radiant floor system. Cooling will rely on a whole house fan and a passive air flow system. The passive system is created with the cupola, windows, transoms and passive venting for cooling, rather than a forced air system. Here you can see the underside of the gambrel roof and the ladder leading up to the cupola.
