The homeowners came to us with a vision of their dream home, and it was all hands on deck between the G. Christianson team and our Subcontractors to create this masterpiece! Each room has a theme that is unique and complementary to the essence of the home, highlighted in the Swamp Bathroom and the Dogwood Bathroom. The home features a thoughtful mix of materials, using stained glass, tile, art, wood, and color to create an ambiance that welcomes both the owners and visitors with warmth. This home is perfect for these homeowners, and fits right in with the nature surrounding the home!

Utility, elevated by nature. For this laundry and mudroom zone, we pivoted to a palette of artsy earth tones and organic textures. By combining deep, grounded colors with high-capacity custom storage, we turned a utilitarian space into a warm, beautiful transition point that feels connected to the natural world.

This laundry–utility–boot room is wrapped in a deep, saturated green that brings calm, character, and a sense of grounded luxury. The colour anchors the room, making it feel warm and inviting rather than purely functional. Bespoke cabinetry provides ample hidden storage, keeping everyday essentials out of sight and the room visually quiet. The washing machine and dryer are fully concealed behind custom panels, allowing the space to read as a beautifully designed room rather than a traditional utility. A built‑in bench seat creates a practical boot‑room moment — perfect for shoes, bags, and quick stops on the way in or out — with additional storage integrated seamlessly beneath. Durable finishes, thoughtful lighting, and refined detailing ensure the room performs effortlessly while maintaining a premium aesthetic. It’s a space that proves utility areas can be both practical and beautifully considered.

This new residence has been designed with a variety of indoor & outdoor living areas to capitalise on the natural environment & climate of this property’s location. This house incorporates design elements to allow the house to be comfortable all year round, providing a variety of areas for occupants to utilise, whether it be capturing natural sunlight & warmth in winter, creating cooling cross ventilation from sea breezes in summer & then there is the direct access to a beautifully natural landscaped garden, this new house will provide the occupants with a low maintenance, healthy living environment for years to come.
