The exterior of the dormer addition on the beautiful North Oaks home. The addition of a dormer above the garage allowed us to add an expansive bathroom and walk-in closet off the master bedroom.

An updated master bath with hints of traditional styling really helped create the perfect oasis for these empty nesters. A few things on the wish list: a large mirror, and seated vanity space, a new freestanding tub, and a more open shower look with lots of options! Take a look at all of the fun materials that brought this space to life.

Stone tilling creates a luxury spa bathroom retreat for the homeowners. A beautiful focal wall using geometric patterns allows this shower to take center stage in this gorgeous design.

This small bath carries an immense amount of presence. Bold metallic Copper walls and the Black walnut sliding barn door set a unique stage. **See the before pictures.
His/Hers toilets and vanities are in separate compartments.

This New England home has the essence of a traditional home, yet offers a modern appeal. The home renovation and addition involved moving the kitchen to the addition, leaving the resulting space to become a formal dining and living area.
The extension over the garage created an expansive open space on the first floor. The large, cleverly designed space seamlessly integrates the kitchen, a family room, and an eating area.
A substantial center island made of soapstone slabs has ample space to accommodate prepping for dinner on one side, and the kids doing their homework on the other. The pull-out drawers at the end contain extra refrigerator and freezer space. Additionally, the glass backsplash tile offers a refreshing luminescence to the area. A custom designed informal dining table fills the space adjacent to the center island.
Paint colors in keeping with the overall color scheme were given to the children. Their resulting artwork sits above the family computers. Chalkboard paint covers the wall opposite the kitchen area creating a drawing wall for the kids. Around the corner from this, a reclaimed door from the grandmother's home hangs in the opening to the pantry. Details such as these provide a sense of family and history to the central hub of the home.

Ah, the wine room...and what a room...for the serious wine connoisseur! Adjacent to the kitchen, we see the same gorgeous Copenhagen granite countertops and contrasting Diamante Midtown Brown glass mosaic tile backsplash. Two wine coolers and glass front lighted cabinets for the wine glasses make this a very special room. Love the light fixture and easy access to the porch...all for better entertaining.

We transformed a Georgian brick two-story built in 1998 into an elegant, yet comfortable home for an active family that includes children and dogs. Although this Dallas home’s traditional bones were intact, the interior dark stained molding, paint, and distressed cabinetry, along with dated bathrooms and kitchen were in desperate need of an overhaul. We honored the client’s European background by using time-tested marble mosaics, slabs and countertops, and vintage style plumbing fixtures throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We balanced these traditional elements with metallic and unique patterned wallpapers, transitional light fixtures and clean-lined furniture frames to give the home excitement while maintaining a graceful and inviting presence. We used nickel lighting and plumbing finishes throughout the home to give regal punctuation to each room. The intentional, detailed styling in this home is evident in that each room boasts its own character while remaining cohesive overall.

Our clients wanted to make a statement and add an element of lux to their bathroom. Our designer created a sense of luxury and drama by mixing dark moody surface textures. Black feature tiles have different textured surfaces and create an eye catching finish as soon as you enter the bathroom. Black tiles are complemented by the walnut finish on the sleek vanity with an edgy Luxecrete benchtop in charcoal. The basin is moulded into the benchtop giving the vanity its clean minimalist look. The vanity, the shaving cabinet and the cupboard provide plenty of storage for the busy family of four. Matt black wall-mounted taps suit the dark colour scheme and give the bathroom its polished look. The black wall hung toilet is both practical and aesthetically pleasing, and it’s a sophisticated choice for a contemporary concealed toilet solution. The built-in shower bench enhances the look and functionality of the walk-in shower and provides its user with many practical solutions - from storing the toiletries to creating a perch to sit on.

Elegant guest bathroom with stone tile walls and floor. Double vanity with underlit cabinet. Warming drawer for towels. Drop in soaking tub with slab marble tub deck, underlit. Tub deck extends into shower to become shower bench.

Bathroom - mid-sized transitional master white tile and marble tile bathroom idea in San Francisco with dark wood cabinets, beige walls, white countertops, flat-panel cabinets and an undermount sink

This master bathroom exemplifies sophisticated design through a masterful mix of organic textures and mid-century modern influence. The standout feature is the bespoke walnut vanity, showcasing impeccable box-joint joinery that highlights the natural beauty and warmth of the wood. The double vanity is topped with a premium honed marble counter, seamlessly paired with undermount sinks and elegant brass fixtures for a timeless look.
The wall treatment serves as a striking focal point, featuring a vibrant marble mosaic backsplash in a checkered pattern. The interplay of earthy tones within the stone tiles creates a dynamic yet harmonious backdrop for the capsule-shaped wooden mirrors and globe pendant lighting. With its spacious tall cabinet for integrated storage and a serene beige stone floor, this space perfectly balances functional luxury with a warm, minimalist aesthetic. Ideal for high-end residential inspiration, this project demonstrates how artisanal craftsmanship and natural materials like San Tropez marble can transform a private retreat into an architectural statement.
