This multi-level terrace was designed as part of a new construction project in Whitestone, Queens. The client requested a modern and minimalistic outdoor living space that would accommodate their large family while blending seamlessly with the architectural design of the house. From the third-floor terrace to the ground-level deck and water dock, this project offers functional outdoor living areas with uninterrupted water views.

photo by Janessa Jondahl, I at first thought that this was wood flooring and had classified it as such, but when I looked more closely at the picture I realized that it was a certain customer who we did these tile floors for. They really do look like wood, but they are more long-lasting and don't scratch as easily with everyday use in my opinion.

This was a condo building in Miami with interior entry doors to each unit. The client chose the Adhesive 3" Bungalow Style Stainless Steel Numbers and custom-created mounting plaques for each unit.
