This media room was designed to be simple yet highly enjoyable. It features a large format LED Television, 7.2 surround sound system with Leon Soundbar, JL Audio Subwoofers, and in-wall/in-ceiling speakers. The theater is connected to the home automation system giving it the ability to share video content throughout the home and be controlled simply and effectively with the touch of a remote button.

Home Automation provides personalized control of lights, shades, AV, temperature, security, and all of the technology throughout your home from your favorite device. We program button keypads, touch screens, iPads and smart phones to control functions from home or away.

This room goes from family room to full theater room with a touch of a button. a 110" motorize screen drops from the ceiling with a 4K projector. The wall is built with space for speakers to be hidden and acoustically treated. A Savant control system controls everything from the 7.2 surround sound system and video to the lights, fireplace and environment.

The family room features a Television that is built into the cabinetry giving it a clean, finished look. This entertainment system is tied to the home's video distribution system and allows for the clients to view any of their video content on any of the displays in the home. This family room also has motorized shades that can be raised or lowered with the touch of a button or tied to automated settings in the home automation system allowing them to be raised or lowered via a schedule or environmental triggers. To add video to the mix, a tap of a button activates the 40-inch Samsung 4K TV mounted to the wood paneling at the side of the bar. Futurian attached the TV to an articulating wall mount that allows the TV to be pulled away from the wall and swiveled in all directions.

This rooms video and audio sources are distributed to this room via a centrally located matrix located in the basement. On the video source side that includes a high-end Kaleidescape movie server along with AppleTVs, multiple Cable TV boxes 4K Blu-ray and more. When it comes to the sound, the local computer audio as well as all sorts of high-resolution music sources are also available at the touch of a button on that Control4 remote on the desk.

Watch how this outdated kitchen which was flooded by an overflown dishwasher transformed into our client's perfect compact kitchen. Though the transformation isn't substantial in layout, the design and functionality of the kitchen greatly improved.
