Audio/Video controls allow precise volume and electronic brightness adjustments. Automatic shades protect the furnishings from sun damage and and works with the Smart Thermostat to keep the environment at the right temperature all-year round. Freezing temperature sensors ensure the fireplace automatically ignites just in case the HVAC lost power or broke down. Contact sensors on the awning-style windows work with the home weather station to determine if windows need to be closed when raining; not to mention the primary use with the security system to detect unwanted intruders.

Streaming music throughout with iPad control. Speakers in kitchen ceiling use square grills for better symmetry. Interior rooms use same brand of speakers to maintain same tonal character. Specialty patio speakers offer broad dispersion.

In a luxury living space, the last thing anyone wants to see is a large ugly TV over a fireplace. Teaming up with Interior Expressions of Oro Valley, Arizona and well known local artist Beth Zink and her incredible cactus flowers, we worked in collaboration to turn this TV into a motorized painting that rolls up to reveal the TV with a giclee canvas piece of art. Special thanks to all involved and especially the end clients for allowing us to share photos of this amazing space with the rest of the world. We are honored to have been a part of this fabulous space. See video and more of Beth Zinks art at https://FrameMyTV.com/tvart

This guest bathroom continues the contemporary design trend we shared a few weeks prior. The space also has black floor tiles and bright white amenities that make the space aesthetically modern and clean. We already expressed how much we loved the black floor tiling, but what we believe really shines in this layout is the shower. This walk-in shower has a full wall marble tiling job that gives it a luxurious and clean aesthetic. The black floor tiling also continues into the shower bay with charcoal mosaic tiles which keeps the full design seamless. Let us know your thoughts on this master bathroom. Each of the four floors of this rebuilt NH frat house has an open social space for the brothers to share, part of the circulation. At the second floor this is a TV room, with a door out to the south-facing deck. In this snowy northern climate sunny rooms and decks are very popular spots for studying and hanging out. And for enjoying media together. Our alumni clients asked for stacked screens, so that the guys could play video games and still have the TV playing. We designed a custom Pompanoosuc Mills glass fronted console for the media equipment, to go with the rest of the furniture from this local furniture maker. I visited the frat 8 years after completion. This room only looked a little rumpled. The leather furniture and the two screens were being used just as intended. Photo by Rob Karosis.
