A thoughtfully designed kids’ bathroom built for everyday life, where functionality meets timeless style. A convenient handheld shower makes bath time easier for parents while giving kids flexibility as they grow. The large bathtub offers plenty of space for comfort, making daily routines simple and enjoyable. Soft, calming colors were intentionally selected to create a peaceful environment that feels clean, bright, and welcoming. To elevate both design and practicality, large-format tiles were installed to minimize grout lines, making maintenance easier while visually expanding the room and helping the space feel larger and more open.

The Rogers is a small modern farmhouse designed for family living. A vaulted ceiling visually expands the great room, and the dining room is spacious and open for gatherings. The drop zone has a built-in seat and enjoys a sun tunnel, and a powder room is available for guests. The kitchen features an island and barn doors open to a pantry and utility room. Just steps away, a door leads to the rear porch and patio. Two bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, share a bathroom with a dual sink vanity. The master suite is to the opposite side of the floor plan and enjoys two skylights, a massive walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, and a dual sink vanity. Shweta envisioned transforming the small guest bedroom into a serene escape. Her aim was to create a tranquil and inviting space that offered both comfort and practicality. To visually expand the room, she opted for a DIY board and batten wall treatment in a soothing green paired with off-white accents. For storage, Shweta incorporated a compact dresser, nightstands, and utilized the existing closet. A cozy reading nook, complete with a chair, was nestled by the window to make guests feel at home. Layered patterns, textures, and lighting were incorporated to enhance the room's ambiance, resulting in a peaceful retreat.

Located in a small backyard, the cabana, pool, terrace and landscaping were designed to be one seamless composition. Building upon the seamless design, glass panels located on the south and west elevations glide back into marble clad pockets, allowing individuals to experience the entire backyard with uninterrupted ease. Modern interiors and a white palette were selected to visually expand the spaces while enhancing the natural light. The landscaping is minimalist and structural to compliment the architecture. This remodel by Green Goods and designer, Jennifer Rucks features custom Maple Cabinetry, Surf Green Granite countertop, and Strandwoven Bamboo floors in a Natural finish. The clients wanted a clean look and to visually expand the space, we used light colored cabinetry and flooring. The Surf Green Granite countertop (also known as Typhoon Green Granite) with its rich green color is the accent of this kitchen remodel.

Custom doors have been installed to conceal the water heater closet, blending seamlessly with the cabinetry design. High-end stainless steel appliances complete the remodel, including a professional-grade gas range with a vent hood, a built-in dishwasher, and a premium refrigerator with paneled sides to integrate into the cabinetry wall. Overall, this remodel achieves a perfect balance of style, comfort, and practicality, with high-quality finishes and thoughtful design choices that elevate the kitchen into a refined yet welcoming heart of the home.

Bold geometry in the area rug and draperies provide pattern and interest, while the aqua accessories add a calm counterpoint. Hand scraped hardwood lends warmth. "Scandinavian Mats (God's Gift)", Living Room, 2020. Scandinavian style is one of the latest interior design trends. I love it for its purity and graphics. The interior's Scandinavian motifs send us to an atmosphere of comfort, peace, and tranquility for its natural materials and enveloping comfort. Customers already had a beautiful and thoughtful interior. Asked me to help bring some zest to the room space. The interior already had a vertical painting with a pen, in the color spectrum of which there were colors beloved by the hostess: the delicate bloom of tiffany, but a little muted, light yellow, antique black. I pushed away from this color combination. The color in the interior should be exactly the color that pleases the house residents. Since the room was on the north side, I wanted to bring some sun to the interior, revive it a little with flowers. The room's main accent was a wooden wall composition created by the masters of the company "Jamike Home Improvement," according to my drawings from polished wooden strips covered with matte varnish. They have done the job excellently! A unique graphic created precisely under this space, which brought the room to an entirely new aesthetic level. I am happy with the work of the contractors. Everything here has its character, its place. Each is self-sufficient and functional: a gorgeous coffee table made of the wooden massif, which opens and serves as additional storage. Accent Mid-century chairs are very comfortable. A natural wool handcrafted area rug is soft and cozy. The beauty of this carpet consists precisely in non-standard, lack of precise geometry. The diamond-shaped pattern of the carpet visually expands the space. The color scheme binds together all the colors of the interior as if completing the overall picture.
