Located in a small backyard, the cabana, pool, terrace and landscaping were designed to be one seamless composition. Building upon the seamless design, glass panels located on the south and west elevations glide back into marble clad pockets, allowing individuals to experience the entire backyard with uninterrupted ease. Modern interiors and a white palette were selected to visually expand the spaces while enhancing the natural light. The landscaping is minimalist and structural to compliment the architecture.

Shweta envisioned transforming the small guest bedroom into a serene escape. Her aim was to create a tranquil and inviting space that offered both comfort and practicality. To visually expand the room, she opted for a DIY board and batten wall treatment in a soothing green paired with off-white accents. For storage, Shweta incorporated a compact dresser, nightstands, and utilized the existing closet. A cozy reading nook, complete with a chair, was nestled by the window to make guests feel at home. Layered patterns, textures, and lighting were incorporated to enhance the room's ambiance, resulting in a peaceful retreat.

Nestled on a steep, hard-to-access lot, this home and pool presented unique challenges. The aging pool had tilted more than four inches downhill, and with limited backyard access and a tight budget, a full replacement wasn’t an option. Instead, a creative design solution—one of our specialties—allowed for a seamless repair, featuring a new concrete coping and a vibrant tile accent that revitalized the space.
The outdoor transformation didn’t stop there. The deteriorating decks required a complete rebuild, and the homeowners envisioned a detached art studio tucked into their nature-filled backyard. By embracing the site’s complexities, we crafted a design that connected the elevated outdoor living areas to the pool and studio, creating a cohesive, functional retreat.
Every detail was executed with precision. Linear decking and cable rail demanded meticulous planning, while IPE wood was chosen for its natural beauty and durability. Thoughtful design elements—like the IPE wood cap that unifies the pool’s edge and art studio wall and a horizontal privacy fence that visually expands the space—elevate the project beyond a renovation. This is a space built not just for beauty, but for lasting enjoyment.

The condo originally had a large den next to the kitchen. and by removing the den we were able to create an open floor concept that visually expanded the space tremendously!

? This bathroom is distinguished by its luxurious design, combining red with white marble, which has rich burgundy veins. The shower area is separated by glass blocks, adding modernity and lightness to the space.
The washbasin is made in the form of a cylindrical marble pedestal, and the planting is a bright corrugated red countertop. A large arched mirror visually expands the space. A stylish pendant lamp with a transparent glass shade complements the overall concept.
The wall-hung toilet, gold accents and light stone floor create a balance between rich colors and natural aesthetics, making the bathroom modern and sophisticated.

The previous layout had a small dining table in front of the re-designed bar which we decided to eliminate in favor of a raised breakfast bar accommodating 4 stools. This allowed us to introduce new French doors to access a rear yard patio with unobstructed passage. It also gave us a visually expanded kitchen area conducive to entertaining.

This classic Portland bungalow in the highly desirable Irvington neighborhood has been in the family for generations and lovingly cared for and updated throughout the years. It was now the main floor’s primary bathroom that needed to be addressed. A tight footprint made for some space planning challenges, but what we love so much about this project is that it demonstrates that so much can be done with a small space! Designing a shallower than typical vanity allowed us to extend the cabinetry and countertop as far as the door swing into the room would allow, adding much needed storage to the room. A narrow undermount sink combined with wall mount faucet ensures the vanity remains extremely functional. A tower cabinet at the end frames the sink and mirror, bringing an appreciated moment of symmetry while providing space for electric bathroom products and so much more. Where a two sided tub/shower once lived, now a walk in shower framed in glass makes the space feel, and live, significantly larger than its modest square footage. The use of glass on only the long side, and pony wall with glass above on the short end, visually expands the space allowing the eye to move freely around the room while still providing privacy at the toilet. Marmoleum flooring makes for easy cleaning while mosaic tile on the shower floor ensures traction in the wet environment. A classic penny tile accent around the shower walls, combined with the tile wainscot around the room speak to the classic architecture of the home. The bright and fresh palette is at once lively and calming, youthful and sophisticated, current and timeless!

This master bathroom remodeling project began with a former laundry room and was transformed into a warm, modern retreat designed for comfort and functionality. Despite the compact footprint, thoughtful layout planning and material selection helped create a space that feels open, airy, and inviting.
To visually expand the room, we used light-toned floor and wall tiles, paired with a custom frameless glass shower enclosure that keeps the design clean and seamless. The shower features handmade tiles in soft, warm brown tones, adding subtle texture and a refined, artisanal character to the space.
Brass plumbing fixtures introduce warmth and contrast beautifully with the neutral palette, bringing a touch of understated luxury. A custom wood vanity was designed to complement the tile tones, offering generous storage with a honed stone countertop for a timeless finish.
Recessed lighting and integrated vanity lighting complete the design, creating a soft and relaxing atmosphere. What was once a small laundry area is now a cozy, spa-inspired master bathroom built with careful craftsmanship and attention to detail.

This remodel by Green Goods and designer, Jennifer Rucks features custom Maple Cabinetry, Surf Green Granite, and Strandwoven Bamboo in natural finish. The clients wanted a clean look and to visually expand the space, we used light colored cabinetry and flooring. The Surf Green Granite countertop (also know as Typhoon Green Granite) with its rich green color is the accent of this kitchen remodel. The sink is at the peninsula, thus there isn't the capacity for a backsplash, so our fabrication team's solution was to sculpt a piece of Granite that would stop water from going over the edge of the countertop.
