Irrigation can be run to your containers or Oyas (water vessels) can be planted in the containers to provide irrigation and to keep your plants healthy.

This pool has four different levels with the spa being the high point of the project 30" above finish floor of the house, level two is the glass tile wet deck just below spa spillway, level 3 is the main pool, level four is the lower trough which is at rear patio level. Homes that do not have the proper slopes for vanishing edges, can reverse the topo and create the negative edge that faces the house for a dramatic view, and create wonderful flows of water running towards the house and create incredible views

This project was designed by architect and developer of Cypress Pointe, Mitch LaPlante. To quote Mitch, "Nature is the inspiration for this pool and water feature design. The Tranquility Garden Pool is nestled quietly within grand oaks and large pine trees, orchestrated to blend into its surrounding. The curvature of the pool reflects the pattern waves leave on the beach as they wash ashore and the cascading water features are a nod the to the waterways that surround Kiawah Island, South Carolina. This garden is an entertainer's dream! Our design includes a central pool with an integrated water feature that pours water through custom-made spouts into a trough and over a stainless steel lip into the swimming pool. We built a series of retaining walls in order to address the sloping garden. The fire pit area, undercover patio and pool area are all on different levels which are separated by a series of steps. A unique feature of the spa is the row of capped stepping-stones that appear to float out of the water. The three vertical troughs on the spa wall are channels where water recirculates from the spa back into the pool. The spa has special insulated plumbing and a winter cover which enables it to be used year-round.

This private primary water closet continues the architectural language of the suite with a custom floating vanity and integrated marble countertop and sink. A side-mounted faucet is paired with a circular stone handle detail, custom cut to align with the integrated basin design. The toilet paper holder and bidet controls are recessed seamlessly into the millwork, maintaining clean sightlines and reinforcing the minimalist aesthetic. Hardwood flooring from the bedroom carries into the space, while vertical exterior slats filter light through the window beyond. A sculptural wall sconce completes the composition, elevating this utilitarian room into a fully considered architectural moment.
