JSI - 12 inch deep cabinets with stainless steel rod handles. Misterio 3cm Polished Pental Quartz installed on top of cabinets with the front in waterfall style, going to the floor. Karndean Antique French oak luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout. Calabasas 5″ High x 2-1/2″Protrusion Crown moulding installed with Philips Hue Led White and Color accent lighting. Five Programmable Lutron Caseta Smart Dimmer Switches installed for LED accent lighting. Installed a total of 24 recessed LED lights. Doors were installed and trimmed and base molding to match existing home style as close as possible. One standard straight oak handrail to be installed on basement stairs.
Installed Acoustiblok 16 sound proofing over entire living space ceiling. Basement walls painted using ADVANCE Interior Paint- Satin line from Benjamin Moore.
Hardwood stairway
For the entrance stairway we removed existing carpet, both upper and lower railings and balusters and existing treads and oak landing tread at top of stairs, risers and skirt boards. Installed new maple landing tread at top of stairs and unfinished Brazilian cherry stair treads with primed risers. Install five new unfinished, 6-1/2 inch cherry newell posts, primed spindles, cherry rosettes and upper and lower cherry railings. Applied clear polyurethane to stair treads, cove moulding under treads, newel posts, railings and rosette's. Painted stair risers, balusters and skirt boards semi-gloss white. Stair Parts 6-1/2" Newell Post F4091, Rosette F7338 Square, Tread F807 bullnose, F8095 cove moulding, F6210 Handrail, F5360PR 1-3/4” Square Baluster.

Eubank Design ConceptsTRANSFORMING A MID-CENTURY MODERN BATH
A client asked us to help update a portion her home, which included relocating the existing master bedroom, converting a hall bath to a walk-in closet, and adapting a master bath for more accessiblity.
The existing furnishings in her home were authentic Mid-Century Modern made of teak. We designed the bath with a floating teak vanity, using hardware that was a duplication of ones on an existing console. The client wanted a "floating" linen cabinet to match the vanity. Not only is this practical for cleaning but the toilet has a fully skirted base, and no "snake" to clean around.
We knew the client loved green, so we made an accent wall of green onyx stack stone. And we repeated this material on a knee wall at the toilet area, and as waterfall 3/4" mosaic accents in the shower. The finish of the fixtures and light fixtures is champagne bronze. We chose pendant lights suspended from the ceiling as a nod to the style of that era. These light fixtures have a bronze mesh surrounding the lamp.
The toilet tissue holder is actually ADA compliant as the top bar functions as a small grab bar and the bottom section holds the tissue roll. The vanity is is constructed so the center section can be removed if necessary, allowing greater accessibility.

A gray-purple paint allows the white trim, plantation shutters, and ivory upholstered bed to pop next to the rich chocolate finished bedside chests and double dresser. A cozy reading nook is defined by a romantic chaise lounge with a trim detail to finish off the elegant waterfall skirt, and finally, a large oriental area rug in washed out blues, purples, and greens defines the space and pulls the whole look together.

This sofa had a beautiful shape and was the perfect size for our client’s guest bedroom. However, the heavily embroidered gold fabric and nail head trim did not fit the look she wanted for her guests. We recovered the frame of the sofa in a soft green velvet and the cushions were covered in a coordinating damask. The details were an important change too. We kept the "waterfall" skirt but changed out the nail heads with a double welting, adding an elegant touch. The softer colors revealed the unique shape of the sofa.
