For the deck’s surface and benches, the clients selected low-maintenance capped PVC decking from TimberTech AZEK’s Vintage collection in their weathered teak color. We rebuilt the twin pergolas – including posts, beams, slats and trusses – with cedar and applied a solid-color custom stain on all of the wood surfaces. We were able to retain the original deck railings, and we didn’t need to modify the roof structure for this project.

The steel cable railing is the balance of style and safety. It won't interrupt your staircase's open frame, while still providing the additional safety.

Although the Kids Bathroom was reduced in size by a few feet to add additional space in the Master Bathroom, you would never suspect it! Because of the new layout and design selections, it now feels even larger than before. We chose light colors for the walls, flooring, cabinetry, and tiles, as well as a large mirror to reflect more light. A custom linen closet with pull-out drawers and frosted glass elevates the design while remaining functional for this family. For a space created to work for a teenage boy, teen girl, and pre-teen girl, we showcase that you don’t need to sacrifice great design for functionality!

This ski-in, ski-out condo features a strong Arts and Crafts influence. The interiors feature reclaimed oak floors, mortise-and-tenon carpentry, stone, and custom period details.

Thin wire management strip with brush liner provides an attractive decorative touch to an otherwise ghastly trench in your furniture where multiple wires would pass through. Perfect for conference tables, entertainment centers, or the back of a desk or workstation. Brush liner not only serves as a dust blocking agent, but also to prevent cables from falling beneath the surface.

In this kitchen, Medallion Providence flat panel door style cabinet in Cherry with Amaretto stain with ebony glaze and highlight were installed. On the countertop is Cambria Cannongate quartz and a A 5’ Galley workstation with bamboo accessories and dual tier condiment and wash basin were installed. The backsplash materials are Limestone Crema Beveled 3x6 tile. Over the stove is a 36” Cavalier Stainless Steel hood.
