A High Performance Modern Farm House

Santosa 03 is the above the ground outdoor or indoor solution that confers a touch of style and all the wellbeing of an Egoè Spa to any environment. The wide range of coatings and the optional high-tech equipment available, turn Santosa into a small, comfortable and elegant jewel that can be enjoyed in your own home or in the charming atmosphere of a green garden. Self-supporting structure in stainless steel AISI 316L fully TIG welded, reinforced with a tubular frame that can be disassembled into two sections: the technical part and the tub part only, so that it can fit into the smallest spaces. Removable panels on all four sides to allow easy access to the technical compartments and equipment. Microperforated plates, directly on the tub's frame to make the internal shapes look linear and clean; one at the bottom for suction and three to release the filtered water evenly over the entire surface of the tub. 4 microperforated areas for the AIR-MASSAGE system, directly on the tub's frame to make the internal shapes look linear and clean, each with 49 micro-holes and located in the lower back and calf area.

Spire North

Tucked away in the backwoods of Torch Lake, this home marries “rustic” with the sleek elegance of modern. The combination of wood, stone and metal textures embrace the charm of a classic farmhouse. Although this is not your average farmhouse. The home is outfitted with a high performing system that seamlessly works with the design and architecture. The tall ceilings and windows allow ample natural light into the main room. Spire Integrated Systems installed Lutron QS Wireless motorized shades paired with Hartmann & Forbes windowcovers to offer privacy and block harsh light. The custom 18′ windowcover’s woven natural fabric complements the organic esthetics of the room. The shades are artfully concealed in the millwork when not in use. Spire installed B&W in-ceiling speakers and Sonance invisible in-wall speakers to deliver ambient music that emanates throughout the space with no visual footprint. Spire also installed a Sonance Landscape Audio System so the homeowner can enjoy music outside. Each system is easily controlled using Savant. Spire personalized the settings to the homeowner’s preference making controlling the home efficient and convenient.

Little Crown Interiors

This nursery was designed for my client in Santa Monica who wanted something expressly modern and unique. She fell in love with a gorgeous acrylic crib, and we pulled the rest of the design from that. All of the furniture is sleek and modern, and the room is light and bright. We added pops of bright blue and lime green and added a masculine touch with some charcoal grey. Design by Little Crown Interiors, Photo by Full Spectrum Photography.

Modern Pergola Designs Enhance Outdoor Spaces Vetta Nordic Spa is nestled in the peaceful countryside of Oro-Medonte. It offers a unique combination of relaxation and beauty. What is its most striking feature? Pergolas are dotted throughout the landscape and provide a peaceful retreat for visitors. Transform Outdoor Spaces With Elegance Aluminum pergolas are a popular way to create outdoor living spaces. They feature a louvered roof that can be opened and closed, providing protection from the elements while still allowing you to enjoy being outside. Vetta Nordic Spa in Horseshoe Valley was transformed by the addition of eight modern pergola designs. These added style and comfort to an already beautiful relaxation spot. The Finnish-inspired spa is a place to escape daily stress and recharge. Relaxation Inspired by Beauty Vetta Nordic Spa guests immerse themselves into the beauty of nature and reconnect with it. Aluminum pergolas offer shade and shelter to enhance the relaxing experience. They allow guests to enjoy their outdoor environment, while still being protected from light rain or the sun. They also create a cozy and inviting atmosphere by providing a designated area for lounging or socializing. Aluminum pergolas enhance the beauty of the spa landscape and add comfort. The Best Pergola Designs Are Inspired by European Inspiration Our pergolas were a practical and elegant choice. Modern European design inspired us to create a harmonious combination that enhances privacy in any season. The guests are immersed in a luxurious experience that allows for total body rejuvenation, similar to the hot pools in Iceland and Norway where people can interact. The aluminum pergolas are an important part of Vetta Nordic Spa's overall experience. They offer unique ways to connect with the natural world and promote wellbeing. Come and enjoy these tranquil spaces, whether you are looking for solitude, family time, or just a moment to reflect.
