For those who desire a change of gear, our holistic gym is furnished with the latest training equipment and offers clients a boutique style setting in which to work on their fitness. Modern technologies have also been employed in our spa. The infra red sauna delivers all the benefits associated with a traditional sauna at a significantly lower temperature – detoxifying without having to endure uncomfortable heat. Surrounding the health retreat are our well kept grounds where visitors can wander freely and add to their growing sense of calm. Health and wellbeing isn’t all serious, though. In fact, we encourage our clients to treat their stay as the opportunity to explore a "4,000-hectare playground", where they can have fun and truly feel themselves.

At the foot of the bed, upholstered benches provide both function and a gentle architectural rhythm. Overhead, a statement chandelier adds a light, artistic presence that balances the grounded materials throughout the room. The overall composition reflects Studio Thomas’s approach to luxury residential interior design—spaces that feel timeless, personal, and intentionally designed for rest and wellbeing.

En todo el proyecto se hizo uso de grandes ventanas, para conectar el entorno natural con el interior de la casa. Esta casa y su decoración irradian tranquilidad y bienestar, gracias a la decoración biofílica y del bienestar.

A glass-enclosed sauna with warm wood interior creates a calm, restorative environment, allowing natural materials to take the lead. The clean glass enclosure keeps the space visually open while showcasing the craftsmanship of the wood slat benches and walls. Adjacent to the sauna, a steam shower finished in natural stone and tile offers a spa-like experience with integrated seating and soft lighting. Pebble flooring underfoot adds texture while reinforcing the connection to natural materials found throughout the home. Together, the sauna and steam shower form a wellness retreat that supports rest, recovery, and balance—reflecting Studio Thomas’s belief that environments designed for wellbeing should feel just as considered as the rest of the home.
