About these photos: The cabinetry is Mastro Rosolino- our private line of cabinets. The cabinets on the perimeter are painted white, the island is walnut with a stain & glaze. The tops are Honed Dandy Marble by Stone Surfaces in East Rutherford, NJ. The backsplash is "MOS" pattern "Manilla" in marble, the butler's pantry is "art" antiqued mirror in diamond pattern with brushed nickel rosettes overlaid at the corners. The mosaic rug above the stove is calacatta oro, timber grey & lagos blue. Tile by Stratta Tile in Wyckoff, NJ. The flooring was handled by the home owner, it is a hardwood with a medium/dark stain. The appliances are: Sub-Zero BI36R/O & BI36F/O, Wolf 48" Range DF486G, Wolf 30" DO30F/S, Miele DW, GE ZEM200SF microwave, Wolf 30" warming drawer, Sub-Zero 27" warming drawers. The main sink is a 30" Rohl Farm Sink. All lighting fixtures, chairs, other items in the kitchen were purchased separately by the home owner so we have no information on file! This Master Bathroom with White Carrara honed 3x12 Chair rail, 12x24 with 2" Honed Hexagon by Mosaic & Co. made this bathroom look stunning. The 12x24 surrounding the top and side part of the shower was bull-nosed along with the 3x12 along the lower part of the shower as well as the jacuzzi. This bathroom was designed with the client and client's interior designer and all together we created a which took into consideration all the details.

In the center of the kitchen is a waterfall island with classic marble countertop, oversized brass geometric pendants, and blue faux leather stools with brass frames. This remodel went from a tiny story-and-a-half Cape Cod, to a charming full two-story home. The Master Bathroom has a custom built double vanity with plenty of built-in storage between the sinks and in the recessed medicine cabinet. The walls are done in a Sherwin Williams wallpaper from the Come Home to People's Choice Black & White collection, number 491-2670. The custom vanity is Benjamin Moore in Simply White OC-117, with a Bianco Cararra marble top. Both the shower and floor of this bathroom are tiled in Hampton Carrara marble. Complete with a standing shower, the room successfully incorporates elements of various styles toward a harmonious end. The vanity was a cabinet from Arhaus Furniture that was used for a store staging. Raymond and Jennifer purchased the marble top and put it on themselves. Jennifer had the lighting made by a husband-and-wife team that she found on Instagram. "Because social media is a great tool, it is also helpful to support small businesses. With just a little hash tagging and the right people to follow, you can find the most amazing things," she says. A PLACE TO GATHER Location: Eagan, MN, USA This family of five wanted an inviting space to gather with family and friends. Mom, the primary cook, wanted a large island with more organized storage – everything in its place – and a crisp white kitchen with the character of an older home. Challenges: Design an island that could accommodate this family of five for casual weeknight dinners. Create more usable storage within the existing kitchen footprint. Design a better transition between the upper cabinets on the 8-foot sink wall and the adjoining 9-foot cooktop wall. Make room for more counter space around the cooktop. It was poorly lit, cluttered with small appliances and confined by the tall oven cabinet. Solutions: A large island, that seats 5 comfortably, replaced the small island and kitchen table. This allowed for more storage including cookbook shelves, a heavy-duty roll out shelf for the mixer, a 2-bin recycling center and a bread drawer. Tall pantries with decorative grilles were placed between the kitchen and family room. These created ample storage and helped define each room, making each one feel larger, yet more intimate. A space intentionally separates the upper cabinets on the sink wall from those on the cooktop wall. This created symmetry on the sink wall and made room for an appliance garage, which keeps the countertops uncluttered. Moving the double ovens to the former pantry location made way for more usable counter space around the cooktop and a dramatic focal point with the hood, cabinets and marble backsplash. Special Features: Custom designed corbels and island legs lend character. Gilt open lanterns, antiqued nickel grilles on the pantries, and the soft linen shade at the kitchen sink add personality and charm. The unique bronze hardware with a living finish creates the patina of an older home. A walnut island countertop adds the warmth and feel of a kitchen table. This homeowner truly understood the idea of living with the patina of marble. Her grandmother’s marble-topped antique table inspired the Carrara countertops.
