The master bath was dressed up with a new capiz shell chandelier over the tub, custom drapes with a patterned black and gold drapery trim and a remote controlled woven window shade. The bathroom was further enhanced with antique gold plumbing fixtures and cabinet hardware, which contrast beautifully against the dark cabinets. Custom mirror frames were added to fill the space over the vanity, while black and gold wall sconces add a touch of sophistication.

This home was fully remodeled with a cape cod feel including the interior, exterior, driveway, backyard and pool. We added beautiful moulding and wainscoting throughout and finished the home with chrome and black finishes. Our floor plan design opened up a ton of space in the master en suite for a stunning bath/shower combo, entryway, kitchen, and laundry room. We also converted the pool shed to a billiard room and wet bar.

The kitchen features cabinets from Grabill Cabinets in their frameless “Mode” door style in a “Blanco” matte finish. The kitchen island back, coffee bar and floating shelves are also from Grabill Cabinets on Walnut in their “Allspice” finish. The stunning countertops and full slab backsplash are Brittanica quartz from Cambria. The Miele built-in coffee system, steam oven, wall oven, warming drawer, gas range, paneled built-in refrigerator and paneled dishwasher perfectly complement the clean lines of the cabinetry. The Marvel paneled ice machine and paneled wine storage system keep this space ready for entertaining at a moment’s notice. Builder: J. Peterson Homes. This custom walk-in dressing room featured in white painted maple wood and polished brass hardware, delivers tons of functional and accessible space. Interior and under cabinet LED lighting conveniently illuminates your dressing room so you can see your whole wardrobe in full detail. High and low hanging space allows enough room to organize items based on size. Our glass shelving behind glass door inserts provides a great space to store your exclusive handbags. This traditional hutch with mirror backing can be personalized with photos and home décor. Slanted shoe shelves offer tons of room to organize and display your favorite footwear. Center Island with overhanging marble countertop can be a place to relax with extra drawer storage including our felt lined double jewelry drawer. This design also includes tilt-out removable hampers, pants rack, tie rack and accessory rack. transFORM’s custom designed walk-in closets, organize and showcase your belongings, creating your sanctuary to mix and match the perfect ensemble.

We reduced the number of glass profiles in the uppers to hide the practical items that aren't as pretty. Swapping about huge base cabinets with useful drawers offered more options for this service area.

The existing kitchen was an unfunctional galley style kitchen. In order to maximize storage and add a finished look to the new kitchen, we added two lazy susan cabinets in each of the back corners and a large bank of drawers to anchor the back wall. We also added an upper cabinet to the right of the offset window for added storage and balance to the space.

The large great room of this updated 1940's Custom Cape Ranch features a U-shaped kitchen with a large center island and white marble-patterned backsplash and countertops, a dining area, and a small living area. A large skylight above the island and large French windows bring plenty of light into the space, brightening the white recessed panel cabinets. The living/dining area of the great room features an original red brick fireplace with the original wainscot paneling that, along with other Traditional features were kept to balance the contemporary renovations resulting in a Transitional style throughout the home. Finally, there is a butlers pantry / serving area with built-in wine storage and cabinets to match the kitchen. Architect: T.J. Designer: Larry Rych Originally a U-shaped kitchen, the peninsula was replaced with an island in the center of the room. The reconfiguring of the space enlarged the room greatly. Upper cabinets with textured glass doors adds a subtle linear break between the white cabinets and the white ceiling. DOWNLOAD NOW   Storage was extremely important for this project because she wanted to go from keeping everything out in the open to have everything tucked away neatly, and who wouldn’t want this? So we went to work figuring out how to hide as much as possible but still keep things easy to access. The solution was two pullouts on either side of each vanity and a flush mount medicine cabinet above, so plenty of storage for each person. We kept the layout pretty much the same, but just changed up the configuration of the cabinets. We added a storage cabinet by the toilet because there was plenty of room for that and converted the tub to a shower to make it easy to use the space long-term. Modern day conveniences were also installed, including a heated towel bar, a lower threshold cast iron shower pan with sliding barn door shower door and a flip down shower seat. The house is a classic 1950’s midcentury ranch so we chose materials that fit that bill, and that had a bit of a Scandinavian vibe, including light maple Shaker door cabinets, black hardware and lighting, and simple subway tile in the shower. Our client fell in love with the white Macauba quartzite countertops in our showroom, and we agree they bring a perfect earthy energy into her space. This scullery kitchen is located near the garage entrance to the home and the utility room. It is one of two kitchens in the home. The more formal entertaining kitchen is open to the formal living area. This kitchen provides an area for the bulk of the cooking and dish washing. Split Level 1970 home of a young and active family of four. The main public spaces in this home were remodeled to create a fresh, clean look. The Jack + Mare demo'd the kitchen and dining room down to studs and removed the wall between the kitchen/dining and living room to create an open concept space with a clean and fresh new kitchen and dining with ample storage. Now the family can all be together and enjoy one another's company even if mom or dad is busy in the kitchen prepping the next meal. The custom white cabinets and the blue accent island (and walls) really give a nice clean and fun feel to the space. The island has a gorgeous local solid slab of wood on top. A local artisan salvaged and milled up the big leaf maple for this project. In fact, the tree was from the University of Portland's campus located right where the client once rode the bus to school when she was a child. So it's an extra special custom piece! (fun fact: there is a bullet lodged in the wood that is visible...we estimate it was shot into the tree 30-35 years ago!) The 'public' spaces were given a brand new waterproof luxury vinyl wide plank tile.
