Oxford natural thin stone veneer from the Quarry Mill adds elegance to the exterior of this beautiful residence. Oxford is a beautiful buff tone dimensional thin stone veneer with a tumbled finish. The warm cream tones, soft golds and occasional darker browns showcase the natural mineral staining. Oxford is a natural limestone and is 100% bedface. The “bed” or natural bed is the flat horizontal surface of stone that becomes exposed as each layer of limestone is unearthed. Oxford has a tumbled finish creating a softer texture with rounded edges. The thin stone veneer will be delivered on pallets containing a mix of the three heights: 2.25”, 5” and 7.75”.

Mark Rosenhaus, CKD. The cabinet sizes are based on Fibonacci Numbers to create a composition similar to a three dimensional Mondrian. The inspiration comes from the space itself. Various beams, heat pipe and gas meter dictate the sizes of the cabinets. Pleasing squares, Golden Rectangles, negative space and horizontal lift up doors whirl around the 10’ high space in a spiral pattern similar to the Nautilus seashell. The ribbed sliding glass doors allow access to the cabinet without open doors in your face and also give direction. The husband liked modern and the wife wanted Shaker, but rescinded in order to have the curve and circle she also loved. The shapes are a metaphor for steam and bubbles rising over the stove.

This modern suburban home offers a fresh architectural approach with its simple, yet thoughtful design. A flat roof complements sections of shed roofing, creating interesting visuals against the sky. Horizontal lap siding paired with vertical board and batten siding gives the exterior a textured, dimensional feel. The Dashed Lights are studiously developed by Dutch designer Léon de Lange for the Vij5 collection. The lamps are designed to be laser cut from a thin stainless steel plate and folded afterwards by hand into a three dimensional shape using the ‘dashed line’ (a dotted line which is widely used in design processes). Small pop rivets are used at the corner points to make sure everything stays fixed into place. Our Leschi kitchen was designed to be the focal point of a marvelous top floor open concept living space; that is, until you turn around and take in sweeping views of Lake Washington. Our client's love for Lake Chelan informed the deep blue @heathceramics tile backsplash, while walnut cabinetry anchors the design and raw edged wood shelving adds texture. In the adjoining dining space, we designed custom walnut cabinets and added a three-dimensional backsplash tile which reflects the light in an eye-catching way.

In this Gold Coast condo, we installed a new, top-of-the-line shower in the client’s contemporary bathroom. This attractive hallway cabinet replaced the dated oak wall and base cabinetry typically found at the top of the stairwell landing that homeowners use to store linen and knickknacks. The white and grey palette gives the space timeless appeal. The three dimensional stone backsplash and the ombre light fixtures provide the oomph that elevates.

Three-dimensional wave tile wraps the shower and catches the light across the wall, with a ceiling-mounted rain head and a second wall head inside frameless glass. The freestanding tub sits just outside it, and the floating double vanity with its backlit mirror runs along the opposite wall.
