This is an organic Lime Wash done with a true lime wash product as opposed to a brick mortar or concrete that is often seen on new houses. This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here. If you hate your brick or just want something unique this is a great option! Photo credit: Jeff Murrey

This kitchen was part of a significant remodel to the entire home. Our client, having remodeled several kitchens previously, had a high standard for this project. The result is stunning. Using earthy, yet industrial and refined details simultaneously, the combination of design elements in this kitchen is fashion forward and fresh. Project specs: Viking 36” Range, Sub Zero 48” Pro style refrigerator, custom marble apron front sink, cabinets by Premier Custom-Built in a tone on tone milk paint finish, hammered steel brackets.

Handscraped or distressed hardwood floors have a natural worn appearance. They look like floors from the days when floors were finished by hand.

Master Bath renovation. Seamless glass shower doors accentuate the Bianco Carrara 12 x 24 Polished wall tile, 1/2 x 1/2 Bianco Carrara Mosaic Tile, and Bianco Carrara hexagon shower floor tile. Bianco Carrara 12 x 24 Honed floor tile anchors the room, accentuating the modern soaker tub, floor-mounted faucet, and hanging pendant. A fabulous Art Deco sconce in chrome, dating from the 1920's, and found in a home in Charleston, SC. The sconce features a ribbed, rectangular backplate; a streamlined arm extends from the bottom of the backplate to support an unusual shade. The curved white glass shade is surrounded by a chrome framework with skyscraper detailing; a single light is perches within it. This wall light has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original non-functioning turn switch for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace it with a new one if desired. The sconce measures 9-5/8” tall, 4-1/2” wide, and projects 4” from the wall. NSP998
