The lower level of this modern farmhouse features a large game room that connects out to the screen porch, pool terrace and fire pit beyond. One end of the space is a large lounge area for watching TV and the other end has a built-in wet bar and accordion windows that open up to the screen porch. This award-winning and intimate cottage was rebuilt on the site of a deteriorating outbuilding. Doubling as a custom jewelry studio and guest retreat, the cottage’s timeless design was inspired by old National Parks rough-stone shelters that the owners had fallen in love with. A single living space boasts custom built-ins for jewelry work, a Murphy bed for overnight guests, and a stone fireplace for warmth and relaxation. Santa Cruz, CA - This custom architectural garage door and gate project in the Northern California area was designed in a Spanish Colonial style and crafted by hand to capture that charming appeal of old world door craftsmanship found throughout Europe. The custom home was exquisitely built without sparing a single detail that would engulf the Spanish Colonial authentic architectural design. Beautiful, hand-selected terracotta roof tiles and white plastered walls just like in historical homes in Colonial Spain were used for this home construction, not to mention the wooden beam detailing particularly on the bay window above the garage. All these authentic Spanish Colonial architectural elements made this home the perfect backdrop for our custom Spanish Colonial Garage Doors and Gates.

This gorgeous two-story master bathroom features a spacious glass shower with bench, wide double vanity with custom cabinetry, a salvaged sliding barn door, and alcove for claw-foot tub. The barn door hides the walk in closet. The powder-room is separate from the rest of the bathroom. There are three interior windows in the space.
