Challenge: The client wanted a full bathroom transformation while keeping all plumbing in its existing locations to minimize renovation costs, requiring creative design solutions within structural limitations. Solution: The design team reimagined the space by introducing updated finishes, distinctive tile layouts, wallpaper, and statement lighting to elevate the bathroom while working within the existing layout. The project was executed entirely remotely, demonstrating a seamless virtual design process. Built from the ground up on 80 acres outside Dallas, Oregon, this new modern ranch house is a balanced blend of natural and industrial elements. The custom home beautifully combines various materials, unique lines and angles, and attractive finishes throughout. The property owners wanted to create a living space with a strong indoor-outdoor connection. We integrated built-in sky lights, floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings to attract ample, natural lighting. The master bathroom is spacious and features an open shower room with soaking tub and natural pebble tiling. There is custom-built cabinetry throughout the home, including extensive closet space, library shelving, and floating side tables in the master bedroom. The home flows easily from one room to the next and features a covered walkway between the garage and house. One of our favorite features in the home is the two-sided fireplace – one side facing the living room and the other facing the outdoor space. In addition to the fireplace, the homeowners can enjoy an outdoor living space including a seating area, in-ground fire pit and soaking tub.

This remodeled Fallbrook bathroom was transformed to open up the space and bring in natural light. Light pental quartz counter tops and gray Arizona Tile's Metalwood series Argento tile contrast a dark shower and Java stained Lyptus Starmark Cabinetry. The large walk-in shower features a Hansgrohe Samset rain shower head with additional hand shower as well as a shower bench and Moen grab bar. It is accented with an Arozona Tile Alabastro Iron Pencil strip. The water closet features more natural light and additional storage space. All photography by Scott Basile.

Taj mahal quartizite countertops and neutral zellige tile provide a classic, neutral backdrop so as not to compete with the dramatic range hood or the stunning lake views.

Beautiful tile work is the star in this bathroom, two sizes of hexagon tile are featured. Clean lines and a double sink vanity give ample storage. The shower's glass door is placed seamlessly and has a dramatic effect as you enter. This contemporary powder room features a black chevron tile with gray grout, a live edge custom vanity top by Riverside Custom Cabinetry, vessel rectangular sink and wall mounted faucet. There is a mix of metals with the bath accessories and faucet in silver and the modern sconces (from Restoration Hardware) and mirror in brass.

A backyard retreat in Dallas, Texas that features a wonderful outdoor living area and luxury swimming pool. This private oasis features a custom designed covered outdoor living pavilion with exposed timber beams and stone columns. The pavilion also features an BBQ grill, outdoor kitchen and seating area for entertaining the entire family. The luxury swimming pool features a travertine terrace and limestone coping. A backdrop fountain feature with decorative spouts, urns and tile which provides a focal feature and relaxing background noise.

This stunning master suite is part of a whole house design and renovation project by Haven Design and Construction. The master bath features a 22' cupola with a breathtaking shell chandelier, a freestanding tub, a gold and marble mosaic accent wall behind the tub, a curved walk in shower, his and hers vanities with a drop down seated vanity area for her, complete with hairdryer pullouts and a lucite vanity bench.

This bathroom is part of a new Master suite construction for a traditional house in the city of Burbank. The space of this lovely bath is only 7.5' by 7.5' Going for the minimalistic look and a linear pattern for the concept. The floor tiles are 8"x8" concrete tiles with repetitive pattern imbedded in the, this pattern allows you to play with the placement of the tile and thus creating your own "Labyrinth" pattern. The two main bathroom walls are covered with 2"x8" white subway tile layout in a Traditional herringbone pattern. The toilet is wall mounted and has a hidden tank, the hidden tank required a small frame work that created a nice shelve to place decorative items above the toilet. You can see a nice dark strip of quartz material running on top of the shelve and the pony wall then it continues to run down all the way to the floor, this is the same quartz material as the counter top that is sitting on top of the vanity thus connecting the two elements together. For the final touch for this style we have used brushed brass plumbing fixtures and accessories.

A large, less restrictive space can sometimes be a challenge to remodel as the possibilities are truly unlimited. The goal was to create a functional and warm space that still felt open, clean and utilized the large space well. Custom glass panel cabinetry with sliding doors and a central drawer bank features ample storage and even multiple standard outlets inside. Vessel sinks sit atop the custom quartz counters that compliment the stone resin free standing bath. On the back side of the central wall is a walk in, from both sides, his and hers shower. Custom tile through out ties both sides of this large bath together. The shower features multiple niches.

A master bathroom is often a place of peace and solitude, made even richer with luxurious accents. This homeowner was hoping for a serene, spa like atmosphere with modern amenities. Dipped in gold, this bathroom embodies the definition of luxury. From the oversized shower enclosure, to the oval freestanding soaking tub and private restroom facility, this bathroom incorporates it all. The floor to ceiling white marble tile with gold veins is paired perfectly with a bronze mosaic feature wall behind the his and her vanity areas. The custom free-floating cabinetry continues from the vanities to a large make-up area featuring the same white marble countertops throughout. A touch of gold is seamlessly tied into the design to create sophisticated accents throughout the space. From the gold crystal chandelier, vibrant gold fixtures and cabinet hardware, and the simple gold mirrors, the accents help bring the vision to life and tie in the esthetics of the concept. This stunning white bathroom boasts of luxury and exceeded the homeowner’s expectations. It even included an automatic motorized drop-down television located in the ceiling, allowing the homeowner to relax and unwind after a long day, catching their favorite program.
