Design work was good, and so was the workmanship on custom items. Numerous delays and repeated broken promises were extremely frustrating. Failure to address simple issues like lack of hot water for weeks was annoying. A subcontractor calling me and demanding payment because the general contractor did not pay him was unprofessional. Towards the end, I bought my own materials to finish the last parts of the job. For the amount I paid, there are definitely better options.

Ken expeditiously assessed, estimated, and completed our project. He himself has a remarkably wide range of skills and knowledge, and he is great to communicate and work with. His crew is also skilled, seasoned, efficient, and personable.
