We are just wrapping up an extensive full house remodel with ACT builders. This project lasted over two years from design to finish and I can say that I would absolutely recommend ACT builders. You don’t get through a full house remodel with out bumps, bruises, and conflict but I will tell you, the end result is all that we wanted and more. Their professionalism and follow through and commitment to making mistakes right and customer happy is above and beyond. What shines above their skills in the trade is their character and integrity in a very difficult business. It could not be more difficult to complete a full house remodel during Covid and they finished the project well, made mistakes right, and were not above an apology. We are grateful for our relationship with Charlie and Aaron and all their subs. We were very happy with all their subs except for maybe two but they made it right when things went south. Was it a perfect process? Not at all! I never want to do this again! However, we are thankful for all the hard work that went into remodeling our home and everything ACT did to make our dream a reality. It truly is beautiful. We love the master retreat you created for us and the added square footage including the new master bath and walk in closet. ACT Builders re-sided our home. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and consistent. They kept us informed and communicated effectively throughout the process. The workers showed up on time every day, completed the project quickly, and went above and beyond on important details. In addition, the cost of our re-siding project was very reasonable compared to the other two estimates we received. We would use ACT Builders again in a heartbeat!

This team is very professional in their work. They were on the job every day, no leaving to go to another job! Project was a 261 vaulted patio cover including 2 shy lights! Have recommended the ACT Team to our friends.

Took our carpeting from family room and laid down flooring. Also in the kitchen refaced the fireplace brick with a tile design (very nice). Put in a new front door and a new door into garage from family room. I purchased the doors.

Joy and I had the privilege of acquiring A.C.T. Builders to oversee and construct our new home in Kalama. We cannot say enough good things about Charlie and Aaron it was a pleasure working with both of them. Throughout the construction process they were both on top of everything, from scheduling of subcontractors to the delivery of all the materials. We were totally impressed that Charlie and Aaron kept us informed of what would be taking place from week to week, if changes were made, they would give us the cost. Before they did any work, there were no surprises. With all the construction done, we were very pleased and completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship that Charlie and Aaron put into this home. Joy and I would not hesitate at all to recommend A.C.T. Builders on any construction project. It was a pleasure to get to know them and to work with them throughout the entire construction. I feel that we have the best contractor in the country.

ACT Builders did a fantastic job on our home construction. They’ve managed to complete the project on time and within the budget. The entire process went flawlessly. Charlie and Aaron have offered to us quite a few great advises and creative ideas that were then implemented into our house. I have to mention that their communication skills are very good. During the construction of our home my husband and I were stationed on a project in CO and they completed the home with our every expectation without our presence. These people are professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. Overall it was a great experience and we are glad that we’ve chosen ACT Builders to build our house. Everything they told us they would do, they did. This was definitely an above satisfactory experience.

This is the second project that ACT Builders has completed for us. In our two-story home, we were so pleased with their work ethic, creative designs and willingness to accommodate our need for handicapped access. It became our dream home, so when it was time to downsize to a condo, we knew we didn't want anyone but ACT Builders to take on this project. They took our 1052 sq. ft. condo which was separated by 3 small rooms; kitchen, dining room & living room, and created the open concept that so many homeowners dream of nowadays. It is wide open, easy access for a wheelchair and the finish work is amazing. In the main bathroom, when the original cabinet was too large to get my wheelchair in, Aaron custom made a beautiful cabinet to fit in there perfectly. I could not believe how it was exactly what I wanted. We have a friend who is a finish carpenter who saw Aaron & Charlie's work and was amazed at his perfectionism. Every single detail; the crown molding, bead board, baseboards, window surround and the special mill work around the fireplace are superbly crafted. My husband researched fireplace surrounds and thought he knew exactly what he wanted. Charlie convinced him to "trust him" in his design instead. It is more than we could have expected. Aaron & Charlie have a way of coming up with ideas we never knew we wanted until we saw what they did. There is not one thing we would change about their work & workmanship. They are hardworking, and were considerate of our circumstances. We lived in our home during the remodel & they cleaned the area each night before they left. We are so proud to show our home. Words alone don't describe it. You must see the pictures. They took a stock condominium and made it into an exquisite custom home. We cannot say enough good things about Charlie, Aaron, their crew & ACT Builders. When they come into your home, you will develop more than a professional relationship. You will have made new friends.

I have done lots of photography for this company and am impressed every time. Their attention to detail is outstanding. They think of everything and it shows. I've been up close and personal with each project and feel that you couldn't pick a better builder. You will not regret your decision. They are always easy to work with and kind. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I have worked with ACT Builders for about 9 years now. They're professionalism and attention to detail is difficult to match and they always have the clients best interest at heart. I'll be honest... I'm slightly bias, since a friendship has grown out of the original working relationship. Don't be surprised when that happens to you too :-)
