I can't say enough about A+B Associates. I worked with them for the first time on a project in Lincoln, MA and I was truly impressed on every level. Their work is first rate and their approach to managing a project is the best I have seen in 30 years. No construction project is without it's issues but the way A+B handles them is so great. I love their weekly updates and every person on their crew was informed and extremely professional. The finished project is a 10!!

My wife and I could not have been happier with the experience that we had working with Adams + Beasley Associates (ABA). From the moment we first spoke with Eric Adams until the last "punch list" items were resolved, ABA was thoughtful, professional, responsive, and attentive to the project's myriad of details. We hired ABA to help us redesign and then renovate a 1910 American Foursquare in Concord, Massachusetts. The key challenge of the project was connecting the original, historic portion of the home to two poorly-conceived additions that were done in the 1960s and 1990s. The finished product is a home that seamlessly integrates the charm and character of the older house and its additions into one cohesive, intuitive space. The transformation of our home was nothing short of stunning. My wife and I were on a tight timeline because we started our project with ABA in the winter, but we wanted to sell our existing home in the late spring to catch the tail end of the peak home-buying season and then move into our new home shortly thereafter. Despite the relatively large scope of our project in relationship to our aggressive timetable, Eric's team was able to make sure our house was move-in ready by the date they had promised us originally. Beyond the beauty of their work, ABA is a truly service-oriented firm. Every week of the project we received weekly updates that tracked the progress made that week and the goals for the following week. When one of ABA's carpenters noticed during construction that there was a bird living inside the roof of our house, he placed a birdhouse in a tree next to the house so as to lure the bird to a safe new home. ABA even had staff members on hand the day we moved in to help with odds and ends, such as securing bookshelves, hanging mirrors and helping with furniture assembly. While these may seem like relatively small gestures, they are all representative of ABA's unwavering commitment to getting the details right. ABA takes enormous pride in their craft. The quality of their work and their dedication to client satisfaction is unmatched. We would highly recommend them to anyone undertaking a renovation project.

From the first meeting with Eric a couple of years back, I had the most favorable impression of Adams & Beasley. In the end, all of our lofty hopes and expectations were met and exceeded with this project. Eric Adams is a consummate professional. Honest, intelligent, and easy to work with, he brings a wonderful attitude to every project, and every challenge. His cost estimates are realistic, accurate evaluations, which often require more research to prepare than other contractor's proposals. This takes time, but saves both time and money in the long run because the work that they do up front pays off down the road. Eric and his team also do a wonderful job with client service and careful attention to detail. Great communication skills, scheduling and understanding of the building codes, all contribute to a complete service package. But as an architect, perhaps what I appreciate most is the care and attention to craftsmanship that the whole team at Adams + Beasley brings to every project. They get it all right, the first time. It is a true pleasure to write this review. I wish all contractors were more like these guys.

First rate firm. Completed all work on or ahead of schedule and were meticulous and detailed for all scope of work performed. Honored project costs originally provided and were extremely fair with any change orders needed. The whole team cared deeply about project quality and outcome.....I could not have asked for a better company or team!

My company Decorator's Workroom has worked on several projects with Adams + Beasley Associates over the past several years. We have found them to be extremely professional in all aspects of their work from dealing with the clients to handling all of their subcontractors. They work very hard to meet or exceed all expectations and deadlines. They are very caring about making our job easier on mounting very heavy window treatment by providing the blocking needed. This doesn't sound like much then why don't all contractors care about doing this. The cost of some Luton motorized treatments can run several thousand dollars. We provide Structural Engineering consulting services for Adams and Beasley. I have worked on a few high end residential projects with them They provide the design and construction services and we provide the structural consulting. They employ experienced and qualified people who do not cut corners and make every effort to perform the work according to specifications and in the clients best interest. The have always met schedules and have excelled at the work. I would I have no hesitation recommending them..

Working with Adams + Beasley was wonderful. I've had several homes built in many different parts of the country. The quality and professionalism is on par with the best. Great craftsmanship, stayed on budget ( minor miracle), and finished the job on time( Miracle).
