This project was an ambitious full 5-story gut remodel in the heart of Beacon Hill. The existing property was poorly laid out, rarely updated and needed some serious opening up and TLC. The result, after some structural, HVAC and plumbing changes, is a modern home that pays homage to the building's storied past.
