Amy and Ampersand were amazing to work with. This was my first renovation project and she was there to guide me every step of the way. She was incredibly patient with me and led me through some very difficult decisions. She constantly went above and beyond while helping to manage the contractor and the trades effectively. Without her strong skills, calm demeanor and intelligence this project would not have happened. I am so glad I hired Ampersand.

I have worked with Amy Lopez-Cepero on several projects forboth my residence and office, with budget ranging from $500,000 to $2 million. She is a true professional who possess both design and technical skills. She is an excellent project manager who can get things done on budget and as on time as one can expect for any architectural projects! And importantly, when working with the contractors, Amy stood clearly on the side of representing the client's point of view, which surprisingly, is not always the case with architects. I would recommend Ampersand Architecture highly without any reservation.

She is professional, honest, extremely responsive, attentive to detail, and has a similar and pleasant aesthetic preference which made it all enjoyable to work with her.
