Halina and team are the absolute best. I had little to no idea what I was getting into with a kitchen and partial bathroom renovation but knew I wanted Aspiro to handle it. Didn't even consider anyone else, and my gut feeling was right on this one. Everything from dealing with coop management, communication, budget, cleanliness, etc was handled as well as one could hope for. I have a lovely view of the Manhattan skyline but often find myself just staring at my kitchen instead, it's pretty dreamy. Highly recommend, and also hope to use again myself someday.

Halina was great to work with. She was very responsive and helped me come up with some design ideas for my small bathroom. It turned into a longer job than either of us anticipated, but she kept me informed and they did their best to make sure everything was done as well and quickly as possible.

After interviewing several contractors we decided to work with Halina and Aspiro Renovations for our bathroom project. We had three very small outdated bathrooms in our Brooklyn condo. Aspiro’s scope of work and contract outlined the elements of the job in detail and contained no hidden surprises. The team started work on time as scheduled and were professional and clean. When gutting the bathrooms and completing installations Halina promptly kept us informed of any discoveries and/or roadblocks. Halina and her team are very easy to work with and Halina is always available and communicative. They are honest and trustworthy. The remodeled bathrooms are beautiful and the work is of the highest level! Cannot recommend Aspiro enough.

Aspiro is 5 star all the way. It is nearly impossible to find a quality contractor, who remains on the job throughout the project, returns calls, meets budget, and delivers a first class product -- although Aspiro proved it to be possible. I am extremely happy with the work performed by the entire Aspiro Renovation Team and I highly recommend them. Aspiro was referred by a family friend following their project and I understand why - 2 very happy clients!

I hired Aspiro to renovate my apartment in midtown Manhattan. The job was further complicated because of the Covid pandemic and restrictions from the city and from my building during the summer and fall of 2020. Despite all that, Halina and her team did a fantastic job on all fronts: the quality of the work was top-notch, and throughout the process Halina was accessible and easy to communicate with. I don't have any plans to move again in the near future but I would absolutely work with Aspiro again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

A full gut renovation in Manhattan was a lot more to take on than I imagined. That said, Halina is the partner you want in this process. She was honest, fair, direct, helpful and thoughtful throughout the journey. Fun to work with too! Having a GC that runs your construction and can also help with interior design was amazing. Her attention to detail blew away any other contractor I interviewed. Halina and her team are very talented and hardworking. They are the only people I'd ever want to work with if I did this again. The quality of work Nikolai and his team completed even passed the review of close friends & family in the construction space (and they never like anyone else's work). I am thrilled with my finished apartment! Thank you to the whole Aspiro team for everything they did to make this as painless as possible.

for the past 6 weeks Aspiro Renovations have been renovating 2 bathrooms. renovations are always stressful but I am happy to say that Halina Hoffman with her professional knowledge, her experienced crew and her service attitude made renovation seem effortless. -work areas were properly separated from the living areas - we continued to live in the apartment so that was important -she has a very capable crew - both in their expertise and dedication to the job -in addition to their tasks for the bathrooms, Halina and also her crew took it upon themselves - in addition to their scope of work - to suggest ideas to improve other areas in the apartment -Halina was relentless in her follow-up until everything was to both her and my satisfaction. All this in Manhattan - difficult place to do renovations - and in the middle of the pandemic. I wholeheartedly recommend Aspire, Halina and her crew and am ready to go into more detail to anybody who so requires similar renovations.

I had a wonderful experience working with Halina and her team at Aspiro, and I feel lucky to have found them. My bathroom was in terrible shape, seemingly having gone decades without repairs, and in spite of that I put off renovating for a long time because the task seemed so daunting--a pre-war co-op, incredibly tiny space, and no time of my own to spare. At a certain point it became impossible to put the job off any longer. I found Halina somewhat by accident, but I was reassured by her past good reviews, and when she came to visit my place I stressed that my main priorities were 1) having everything done right and 2) maintaining good communication to minimize hassles. On both points I was really happy with the job Halina and her team did. Halina was always super responsive and kept me up to date on everything as the work progressed (I was living off site, on her advice), and she was heroic about dealing with my cranky building management. I wasn't so focused on choice of tiles, fixtures, etc., being pretty agnostic about design issues, but Halina's designer, Sammy, did a great job of guiding me through that aspect--the result is that I've got a space with a classic elegant look that I think harmonizes well with the historic character of the building while still being fully modern. Nicolas, who did most of the actual work, was very careful and considerate, and a gifted craftsman. To summarize, I am immensely grateful to Halina's team and recommend them with enthusiasm.

2.5 Bathroom Remodel Kitchen Remodel Aspiro Renovations was a true pleasure to work with, providing professional and artistic craftsmanship at a very reasonable price. I spoke with 6 or 7 contractors before, gratefully, finding Aspiro. Halina’s bid was markedly below the other companies. Bringing a sophisticated design sense, and allowing me to choose and order my own materials was a winning partnership that saved money further and created a beautiful end result. Additionally, it should be highlighted that working with a woman contractor brought novel benefits, like attention to detail, emphasis on candid communication to quickly address issues, and a warm collaborative spirit. There was no loss of skill as Halina and her crew are extremely knowledgeable in all areas of construction, engineering and in the trades necessary for renovations. I highly recommend Aspiro for any project big to small—amazing results, at a fair price, while staying sane!

It was a pleasure to work with Halina and the Aspiro team for my coop apartment renovation. She came highly recommended from one of my neighbors. Halina was responsive and listened to my requirements and ideas and took them to the next level with her expertise and eye for design. Aspiro takes everything into consideration like the space itself and what would look appropriate and modern while also keeping the character and style of an apartment in a prewar building into consideration. Halina recommended quality products while keeping within my budget. The bathroom and kitchen are beautiful and efficient. Additionally, although I was not living in the apartment at the time of the work, the team always left the apartment clean and organized after they left for the day. They took pride in all aspects of their work.

This is our second project with Aspiro, and we continue to be very satisfied. Their work is excellent. They kept to the expected schedule. They kept the noise, dirt, and disorder to an absolute minimum. We needed the work to be done before Thanksgiving, and it was!. We are delighted with the outcome - nicely restored woodwork in our old upper west side apartment, new lighting, and very helpful guidance on choosing finishes. We would gladly work with Aspiro on future projects.

I am so pleased with Aspiro Renovations. Led by Halina Hoffman, along with her team (Sammy, Marek, Alex), my bathroom project was easy for me. My small bathroom needed a complete renovation that was efficiently upgraded, with minimal effort on my part, and I received an outstanding final project. They quickly provided good design and construction ideas; effectively worked with the coop building rules; willingly revised design and work changes; all with high quality workmanship.
