Todd, Jenn, Owen, Aiden the whole family are wonderful to work with all very friendly and upfront about the whole project. They take the time to break down costs and time frame. They were tremendous help when dealing with the City and all their trades that they had to call in were great. Their build crew overseen by Evan Carruthers were friendly professional and hardworking. They gave us walkthroughs of their progress and helped catch a few things that were in the design plan that didn't make sense and corrected before it became a problem. They were all detailed oriented and kept the job site clean after they finished for the day.

I have worked closely with Todd and the team at Best Builders for over a year now. Their professionalism and quality never cease to amaze me. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of building a new custom home, or renovation.

We hired Best Builders to renovate the kitchen of our 100-year old home which included some structural work that expanded into the basement. We were initially considering smaller contractors but once we met Todd and his son-in-law Aron, we knew that Best Builders would be the right option for us. Max, who was assigned to our project as the site manager was absolutely amazing - we found him to be incredibly knowledgeable and competent, and also just a really great person. Project management was done very professionally and we could rely on Best Builders to coordinate the various subtrades. When we ran into an issue with the cabinet maker, Best Builders were on top of the situation right away and ensured that all work was completed to the highest standard. We already have and will continue to recommend Best Builders to anyone looking for an exceptional company to complete home reno or construction projects that require exceptional attention to detail, professionalism and a team that truly cares!

I am very happy with the work Best Builders completed for me. Their team were on time every day, were polite and courteous and cleaned up the site when they were done everyday. Their communication before, during and following completion of the work was excellent. Our final inspection just completed and the inspector with over 20 years on the job let me know that Best Builders are one of the few who are in the long game and genuinely care about doing a good job for their clients. There is no other contractor in Lower Mainland like Best Builders. Todd Best and his team are the most committed, honest, hard working people I had the pleasure to work with. When we decided to build our family home I did a lot of research and interviewed numerous contractors. As an engineer I needed to find a team that was not only committed to building a quality product, but one that I could trust to communicate honestly if any budgeting or scheduling challenging would arise. I am happy to say that our house came in on budget and on schedule. Throughout our house building adventure Todd and his team became our trusted friends. I am long overdue in adding a review for BB. They did a major reno project for us last year which turned out great. A wonderful group of people that are professional and fun to deal with. They care about you and your home and have wonderful ideas on how to make your project better. They did good work, but more importantly, they are good people.
