Best Online Cabinets

I contacted the suppoer people and ordered a two piece bathroom vanity and paid for on line. I workerd with ******** and she did a very perffessonal job. I picked the vanity up from the warehouse and they were helpful and freindly. All was going great until I went to install them ! They went to gether and looked great until I found a **** in one of the doors. I called support back and said I had found this **** in paint and was not sure how it happened (could be my fault or came that way) and what could I do. ******** said that her management would like pictures of the damage so they could determine what to do (I sent 2 Pics). I soon recieved an email stating they would be giving me a new door but needed exact info on the door which I sent, and a link to pay shipping cost of $25.00 (which I paid). Another day and they said thier shipping department looked the pictures and determined it was my fault and I could pay $1500.00 (half the price of orginal price) for a new door under the warranty or since the door was only $250.00 I could just pay that (very aggrevating think you have a solution and it changes). I again said I never said it was thier fault and could I just use touch up paint (yes was the anwser). The Samanthe said that I could use the shipping cost for the door for the paint ( guess I misunderstood because I just just called back asking where the paint was). I talked to ******** again and found out that they still needed me to pay $30.00 dollars for the touch up pen. That was enough for me I asked that the shipping payment be refunded and I won't be dealing withthem again ! Although a very good product I still wouldn't recommend them.

Excellent website that allowed me to design my own kitchen in the showroom! The entire process was simple and easy, and I would suggest this location to anyone doing a kitchen renovation.

While the actual cabinets are good quality, the customer support and overall design process was a nightmare. I'm not sure if that was because I was dealing with a terrible customer service rep, or that is just how the company operates. Design Process: Since I used Euro-style cabinets, I needed a lot of "accessory" pieces like end panels, fillers, toe-kicks, etc. If I had not continuously triple checked my order, I would have been missing a ton of parts because my customer service rep could not get it right. Ordering: Designing a kitchen is not completed overnight, so the process took several months. This wasn't BOCs fault, but the experience I had with the Design Process (noted above) didn't help. When I was finally ready to submit the order, I found out that prices had jumped close to 50%. I understand that inflation is a thing, but I was never notified of the coming price increase even though I had been dealing with this customer service rep for months. They did partially honor the original prices, but not without a lot of effort on my part. Missing Parts: When I received my order, I was missing several parts that were included on my order like adjustable legs, hinges, and screws. They were fairly quick to acknowledge they forgot to ship these, but it took months for the missing pieces to arrive. Missing Parts - Part II: When I did receive the missing parts, they had sent me a different hinge from what I originally received. These new hinges opened to about 130 degrees while the original hinges opened to about 100 degrees. I asked to have the hinges replaced to match the originals, but they told me that the new ones would work... Overall: I think the terrible process outweighed the quality product and I do not think I would use them again.

The one piece shaker style cabinets have zig zag lines clearly showing through the paint. Looks like several pieces finger jointed together. We waited 10 days for 1 sample door and are surprisingly disappointed in it.

We just completed our kitchen remodel, done by Best Online Cabinets, and we are so happy with the final result. Their manager was extremely helpful, the cabinets he recommended look gorgeous in the kitchen and there is plenty of storage space. I am also happy with their quality. Their manager showed me several layouts and material samples that would be a great choice for my kitchen remodel. I also contacted a few other contractors, but Best Online Cabinets offered an affordable price and I loved their cabinetry, so I decided to order from their company. The cabinets arrived within 2 weeks, nicely packaged, and nothing was damaged. The installation went smooth and their cabinetry looks amazing in my freshly remodeled kitchen!

We have recently purchased a house for our son and Best Online Cabinets remodeled a kitchen. The cabinets look beautiful, they were reasonably priced, and they are made of high quality materials. The remodeling job was completed ahead of schedule, all the workers were fully dedicated to the project and friendly. The kitchen ls amazing, we would have no hesitation to work with BOC in the future.

This is for DIY types putting together the ready-to-assemple cabinets: I would say that these are better for the do-it-yourselfer than any "big box store" cabinets. But don't get too excited thinking these are of the highest quality. They are not. They are the same cabinets you can buy from most all other online rta cabinet sites. They are all made in Taiwan. Not knocking them; just mentioning it. The cabinets are made of plywood. But they have no frames. All of the parts are there, but the directions are severely lacking. Some you my struggle with and some are pretty easy. You will get better the more you do and see how they are put together. The cam lock system is just plain bad. If you've ever done Ikea cabinets those are far superior. Have a bottle of glue and a nail gun at the ready. Or a box of cabinet screws. The company is top notch. I loved doing business with them and will work with them in the future. But even they don't always know exactly what you have received as far as different hardware versions of the same thing. Different rails, hinges etc. And of course with bad or sometimes no directions, you might be left on your own to figure things out. Word of advice: I can do just about any type of home repair and have built just about every cabinet there is. Even if you buy all ready-to-assemble cabinets, buy the cabinet with the trash drawer pre-assembled. There were zero instructions, the tech support person couldn't help as the hardware had changed and it required fabrication of a couple of pieces to mount the rails. The door also had no markings as to how to mount it to the drawer, yadda yadda yadda. Order the other cabinets to assemble them yourself but I would definitely order that one pre-assembled. I recommend this company and their products.

Best of the Best. Don't be afraid of shipping. If it is damaged they will make it right ASAP. Get the samples you are interested in, to see first hand the quality of their product, you won't be sorry.

After looking around for cabinets, a friend recommended Best Online Cabinets. My experience, from designing my kitchen to having my cabinets shipped, was fantastic. The designers were very helpful and responsive to all of my questions and emails (there were many)! I have zero complaints!
