From a contractors perspective it has been great working with Brad. He has been key in coordinating, managing, and facilitating the understanding and installation of demanding custom interiors on multiple structures. BK Design is a focused, precise and creative group - they understand the value of a client's time and personal interests / tastes. Designs alternatives are presented in a visual and tactile manner. Great attention to progress reporting on budget vs actual - on a several hundred thousand dollar project this is hyper-critical to me as a client.
